  This was much more than we expected, The View from the Bedroom and Livingroom were Breathtaking, and there was a great city view, and particial Gulf View from the front entrance, Alice the owner, was very helpful and made our stay so comfortable. If you are looking for a amazing place with great views and nice big heated pools this is the place!!!

  My wife and I spent a great September week in Destin and Alice's condo certainly attributed to help make it that way. Perfect layout and well equipped. The view of the Gulf was fantastic and the water was crystal clear (bring your snorkle and mask)....and that white sandy beach!!! My wife has never been in the water for so long. Many things to keep you occupied if you want. Two things we enjoyed were parasailing for our first time (we are 68 and 62 years young) and the harbor tour (wine and beer included). A big thanks to Alice for answering all my questions in a most timely manner. If we return to Destin Alice will be getting another call.

  My family and I have stayed in this particular unit twice. The unit is clean, has everything you will need, and has a beautiful view down the beach. We have been to Destin several times and this unit has been the best one we have stayed in. We went this year with 7 families and the owner help our friends find unites to rent in the complex. The Pelican Beach offered discount tickets to The Big Kahuna Water Park that is in walking distance. The resort offers two pools on the property and has a security guard at the gate as you enter the property. The resort is located in the heart of distance with several good restaurants and shopping nearby. Alice has been so helpful with renting at this resort we all cannot wait to go back next year.

  We had a WONDERFUL time vacationing at this condo in Destin. The unit was spacious and clean with all the comforts of home. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. You can see all the way up the beach a well as view the lights and activity of Destin. We ate most all of our meals in the condo and found everything we needed in the well-equipped kitchen. There was plenty to do on the resort to keep my teenager busy so we could relax in a lawnchair and soak in the sun. ;) Hope to come back soon. Thanks!

  Wonderful time in Destin. Unit is as described. Clean, bright, beautiful views down the beach. Entertainment electronics worked flawlessly as did the appliances, washer/dryer etc. Would definitely stay again and definitely recommend to a friend or relative

  If you are looking for a great getaway, this is the place. My family and I have stayed in this particular unit twice. The views are breathtaking from the 18th floor and everything we needed was right at our fingertips. We enjoyed using the indoor and outdoor pools, being 50ft from the beach, cooking on the outdoor grills and watching movies on the Blu-Ray player/flat screen Hi-Def TV. The unit is wonderfully maintained and the beds were SO comfortable. This was the perfect vacation for our family and we can't wait to come back.

  We loved this condo. My family stayed here Aug 2009 and simply fell in love with it. The condo was cleanded and well maintained. The view was fantastic. I loved walkning out on the deck from our bedroom. I hope to stay again.

  My husband, two children and I enjoyed a wonderful week of fun and relaxation in this lovely condo. The condo is pretty and well-appointed with every kitchen item you'll need and 2 very comfortable bedrooms and baths. My husband and I loved waking up each morning to the sight and sound of waves from the master bedroom balcony. We were delighted to view a manatee swimming and dolphins playing as we sipped our morning coffee on the balcony. We enjoyed using the downstairs gas grills and loved the hot tub and pools. The emerald water of the ocean and sugar sand beach are just beautiful. Pelican Beach is in the heart of Destin, within an easy walk or drive to all major attractions and great seafood restaurants. There is a nice notebook of pamphlets on area attractions in the room. Thanks for providing a wonderful place for us to enjoy a great time!

  We were very happy with the condo; it was very clean and well maintained. The view was better than we expected and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony drinking our morning coffee. This was our first time here and we would definitely return. One of the first comments from my daughter was about the clean, white sand beach. Absolutely gorgeous!

  What a fantastic place! Very spaceous, well arranged, and very well maintained. The view is absolutely spectacular! Right on the beach and walking distance to all the good attractions. You can see pretty much all of destin from the balcony! The kitchen has everything you need and there are even grilles downstairs. Has a washer and dryer. There are 3 televisions and a great sound system if you ever get bored (highly unlikely). Soft beds, large couches, and cumfy chairs on the balcony. Even the view from the enterance side of the condo is fantastic! The owner thoght of everything to make this place the best it can be! This year was my second time to visit this condo and I will definately do the same next Summer!
