Holiday House #1 features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and spacious living areas (1250 sq ft). Located just across the street from oceanfront and steps from beach access, Holiday House #1 features ocean views, FREE DSL Wireless Internet (WiFi) and comfortable dining & living areas. The fully equipped kitchen offers room to cook great meals while enjoying friends and family seated at the oversize bar. The Master Bedroom and Bedroom two feature queen beds, bedroom three twin beds & a living area sleeper sofa.

Part of a quiet, family oriented 4 unit building with raised first floor, Holiday House #1 has a large, private covered porch to enjoy soothing ocean views and calming sounds of the surf. The lower level Gathering Area is perfect for enjoying a game of ping pong, grilling out or just relaxing in the rockers & old fashioned wooden swings! After a day on Surfside Beach, the lower level provides 2 outdoor showers and one large changing closet with hot water shower.

Rental Rate Policy:
- No hidden charges: All bed linens and departure cleaning, and 11% accommodation and sales tax included!
- Add 15% for Holiday and Special Events (Bike Week, etc.) Reservations.
- Summer Season 7 night minimum exception: 3 night minimum nightly rental available on last minute unrented days (one week before arrival date).
- A Credit Card number is required at time of reservation for security and will not be used if all terms and conditions of Rental Agreement are met and if property is undamaged.
- 50% of rental rate Deposit is required.
-DEPOSIT PAYMENT OPTIONS: VISA or MasterCard, Personal Checks. Traveler's Checks, Cashier's Checks.
- Credit Card Deposit charged on day reservation is made.
- Deposit Check must be received within 7 days or reservation will be canceled.

(received 2 full weeks prior to arrival date).
- Refunds:
- Cancellations more than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 80% of monies received as deposit will be
returned once the property is re-rented for the full amount of the original reservation.
- Cancellations within 30 days of arrival all monies are forfeited unless the property is re-rented
for the full amount of the original reservation.
