  Four couples shared two tickets to the Masters Golf Tournament. Each couple went to the tournament one of the days. We had the good fortune to rent this lovely lake house. It was a 90 minute drive to Augusta. The house is very clean and had a beautiful view of an inlet on Lake Sinclair. We found wonderful places to eat about a 20 minute drive away. Carol was very helpful and easy to work with. The description of the property was very accurate and the photos really don't do the view justice. I would hightly recommend this property to a larger group. There was a spacious Master bedroom and bath downstairs, another master bedroom and bath upstairs. There were three more bedrooms...one had twin beds and a single bed. Another had twin beds and the third had a double bed. These rooms had another bathroom. The house has excellent water heating system.. We never ran out of water. It is has a fully equipped kitchen and a nice grill. There are two kayaks available, which we also used. On the older stretch of Eatonton, we found 4 awesome dress/accessory shops which was totally unexpected. There was a restaurant called Smith's (formerly Hannah's) that had excellent food...everything made from scratch. Farther down the road in a more modern section, we found a Mellow Mushroom Pizza...excellent. It is about a 30 minute drive to Madison which had some wonderful things to see and do. Everything you do will be at least a 20 minute drive, which was fine with us. You can also stock up and stay at the house and relax on the backporch which runs the length of the back of the house. The main room looks out on the lake with a 6 glass door view. LOVELY!

  We are family from Germany and we spent one week in this beautiful house. Most of the time we were out on the wooden deck and enjoyed the quiet surroundings. There is really less boat traffic on Lake Sinclair and espcecially the quiet cove was an ideal place for the kids. They loved swimming and playing in the warm water and the kayaks were an additional benefit. The house is very spacious, clean and well-maintained, we loved the open floor plan. There is Crooked Creek Marina nearby, which we can highly recommend for dinner. We were several times in Milledgeville for lunch or dinner, nice town with good restaurants. The owners were very helpful and answered emails promptly, it was a pleasure to communicate with Carol. We had a very relaxing vacation and would highly recommend this property.

  Our family spent 2 days at the house and had a GREAT time. Lots of room for games, puzzles and TV watching in the family room/kitchen area. When renting the house we worked directly with the homeowners.....they definitely made the transaction an easy one. All of the kids would love to go back to the house in the summer to enjoy the lake.

  Three generations of our family had a wonderful time in July at this spacious and quiet property.The lake cove area was perfect for our 6 grandchildren to swim and use the kayaks safely, yet the water was deep enough to ski, wake board, kneeboard or tube out from the cove into the main lake. The house was equipped with everything that we expected and there was plenty of room for everyone to gather or retreat to a more private area. We were very comfortable. The owners were very helpful and were prompt in returning calls and emails.

  I stayed at this house recently and it was the perfect spot for our family to gather. The downstairs is large and spacious and everyone enjoyed being together - eating/cooking, talking, playing games. At night all the boy cousins slept downstairs in this living area and it was like a camp out for them. The rest of us had our own sleeping spaces in the 5 bedrooms. Four generations of our family really enjoyed the perfect lake location also. The kayaks and dock area are great for entertainment. We live nearby and my husband brought his boat over and put in at the convenient marina. There's a super Walmart really close and that's about the only place we shopped. We'd like to stay at this place again really soon.

  My wife and I spent several day here with both of our sons and their families for Christmas together. Enjoyed the space for the kids. Loved the view off the back of the house. What a view to wake up to. Quiet and peaceful. Would consider going back.

  My friends and I gathered at Lake Sinclair for a reunion and could not have been more pleased with this home. Everything was clean and well kept, this rental gives you a comfort that makes you feel like you are in your own home. The open floor plan downstairs is wonderful, we were always together as a group and never once felt cramped. The location is absolutely perfect! You are in a small cove which protects you from the boat traffic in the main lake, but still close enough to have beautiful views. I kayaked with a flock of geese that decided to land in the cove at daylight Saturday morning and we swam and laid out on our floats much of the day Saturday. This was one of the best vacation experiences that I have had and this home is perfect for friends or family.

  Everything about this rental was top of the line. The home is very new and nice. The kitchen was huge and functionally efficient for our special family reunion. We loved the open floor plan downstairs, along with the lavish master suite, all overlooking the private inlet on Lake Sinclair. The bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs were larger than they appear in the pictures. We spent most of our time on the large deck overlooking the lake or fishing off of the dock. The owners were superb to work with and the transaction was easy. We would highly recommend this property and would rent it again ourselves if our next family reunion brings us back to the area.
