Second floor has a centrally-located den with room for everyone, TV/VCR/DVD, and a laundry/utility room. Three bedrooms, each with PRIVATE BATHS, round out this level. First bedroom (2 twins and TV/DVD) and second bedroom (King and TV) have doors to covered, canal-front deck. Third bedroom (Queen) has TV/DVD/VCR.
Next stop is luxury living with awesome views of the Pamlico Sound. Open and spacious living room/dining room/kitchen area with hardwood floors and half bath beckons. The gourmet kitchen will satisfy even the most particular chef with double ovens, a 5-burner gas stove with adjacent large pot faucet, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler and a 50-lbs/day ice maker. The 2 breakfast bars seat 2 each and the dining room seats 10. Adjacent to the dining room is a private breakfast room with deck access, dining or game table seating 4 and TV/DVD/VCR. Living room views will entrance you so you might not even notice the 48” LCD TV/DVD and High speed WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS. Living room opens to large, canal front deck with spiral staircase to OBSERVATION DECK with incredible views. The finale is the top-floor MASTER BEDROOM (King) that’s a sure treat with TV, PRIVATE BATH with Jacuzzi tub, glass-wall shower and double sinks.
Dock your boat at the PRIVATE BOAT DOCK (boats up to 24’ long with access subject to tides & shoaling), grill outside and dine at the picnic table and benches or soak in the 6-person HOT TUB after using the enclosed O/S hot/cold shower. Plenty of deck furniture to lounge from front to back and top to bottom. Beds: 2 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, porta-crib.

- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Colony Realty rentals in general are keyed to family groups only. However, we have rented to groups before, after fulfilling certain requirements. We correlate grades and faculty recommendations with character. Therefore, to rent to you, we'll need the following: 1. Everyone's grades thru last semester. 2. A character reference for each student from a school official. (Faculty Advisory, Principal, Counselor, Coach, Teacher(s) or Professor(s). 3. A guarantee from each of the parents that they and the student will be responsible for any damages incurred. You may send documentation via email or as an attachment to email, as you wish. Once that is received and approved, we will proceed with your reservation. ADDITIONAL SECURITY DEPOSIT MAY BE REQUIRED.
