Villa Oceania is an EXCELLENT Getaway!

A group of six of my closest girlfriends and I rented Villa Oceania for a girls’ weekend and we were absolutely blown away by the accommodations! As each person arrived, there were rounds of compliments about the exterior’s lawn and patio area, the interior’s cleanliness and upgraded features, and the overall location of the property – all of which suited us perfectly. Our group was able to buy groceries and store them in the oversized kitchen with its new appliances and we all wanted the opportunity to shower in the master bath’s fully upgraded rain shower. The Villa is 2 blocks from the beautiful Ocean Park beach and within walking distance to several local/ethnic restaurants so it was extremely convenient for our car-less group. We were also just 5-10 minutes by cab from Condado, Isla Verde, and Old San Juan and 10-15 minutes from the SJU airport. Our group decided on a beach-house instead of a condo so that everyone could be together as opposed to sectioned off in separate rooms and we couldn’t have made a better choice. If you are looking for a spectacular value for an excellent property, you will be thrilled with Villa Oceania. I know that we will DEFINITELY be staying there again, soon!

I went on vacation with my boyfriend and we had such a great experience that we are planning our next stay at the house. I now find it senseless to stay at an expensive hotel when you can stay at this beautiful and comfy beach villa, to enjoy anything from a romantic getaway to a family vacation or even to stay for a business trip. The house comes with utilities, laundry room, A/C in every room, cooler and beach chairs, towels and linens, extra air mattress, blower, iPod docking station, ironing board, small BBQ, great patio space, nice place to lounge in patio, WIFI, BIG screen Tv and Dvd/blueray player in a cozy living room environment, amazing master bathroom and kitchen, and very beautiful decorating, etc. Most attractions (condado, isla verde, pinones, old san juan (sightseeing), and the best shopping mall : Plaza las Americas) are all nearby and there is a beautiful beach, track field, soccer field, and a play ground, which truly makes it great for all type of groups and they are all at walking distance. Its location is centric in ocean park, which is a quiet and safe gated neighborhood, about 10 minutes away from the airport, but not at all boring since there is so much to do and you can find a bit of everything nearby from sightseeing attractions, movie theaters, shopping malls and places to dine to nightlife, some of which can be seen in a information binder within the house made to better orient us-Thanks to the owner Nazli for being just amazingly helpful. Whenever i go to Puerto Rico this is always my number one choice- its a beautiful luxurious house and it just truly feels like a 'home away from home'.

Our visit to Ocean Park

We had a very nice time during our stay. The owner was very gracious even when receiving a call at 3 am from our cab driver looking for directions to the property (he spoke little English and did not want to follow the written directions the owner originally provided, even though they were very accurate). The property was very close to the beach, very tastefully decorated, and very secure. Most of the major attracions were within 5-15 minutes away. The beach was an excellent outlet for both kids and adults alike.There are many shops including a Walgreens, dollar store, McDonalds, grocery store, and clothing shops within walking distance from the property. There is a place called Randy's BBQ just up the street that has the best chicken and rice and beans that I have ever had. This says alot because my husband is from the Carribean and his mom and aunts are fantastic cooks. My only complaint would be the water pressure. I want to note that this is typical on an island so it is not a deficiency but can take a little getting used to if you are from the states. The property was clean and well kept and suitable for any type of group! If you are a beach lover this is the house for you! If you just want to relax and take in the sounds, this is the house for you! If you like clean and modern, this is the house for you! Nazli, thank you for making sure we were well taken care of:)

The house itself was in a gated area...simply beautiful inside and out of the house. Modern and near the beach, restaurants (American and local), night clubs, banks (Banco Popular), grocery stores, and there was even a Walgreens close! All in all a great experience!

Amazing House in Central Location

Nazil was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very accomadating. The house is exactly as pictured. We had 10 girls in the house and we were all very comfortable. There was plenty of room for sleeping and lounging. The backyard was also spacious. There is a room connected to the garage that contains a full sized futon and additional bathroom. There was a key pad activated security gate that left us feeling safe and secure. Nazil provided a list of activities and restuarants- all were amazing. There was even a cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs. We watched the sunrise on Ocean Park beach (less than a 5 minute walk) every morning. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to vacation in style and comfort at a bargain price.

A Wonderful Experience in a Great Location!

Our stay at the villa was a wonderful experience. Nazli provided us with helpful maps and area information prior to our arrival. Me, my 5 year old son and 5 adult friends stayed over the Memorial Day Weekend. The property was immaculate and in a great location! It contained more amenities than listed. We were pleasantly surprised that it had an i-pod docking station. On the few occasions it rained, we had no problem enjoying ourselves thanks to the cable and i-pod docking station. When the sun was out, we walked to the beach daily. The villa is within 5 minutes of numerous restaurants, stores and activities. We particularly enjoyed the Ceviche House Restaurant. We had the best calamari and ceviche we've ever eaten there. One of the best features is the walk in rain shower in the master bath. We are already looking forward to returning!

A Beautiful Neighborhood

Thanks for all your help! Your house is beautiful and right in the midst of adventure! The house is close to the airport in case you have to take an early flight back home. It was such a beautiful neighborhood right off the beach. We had a guest of 7 girls, air mattress was provided even though we didn't need it. The books were very resourceful to getting around especially when some days we didn't want to drive, the cab were very quick to arrive at the house 24/7. We sure did use the kitchen. We walked twice to the grocery store to cook up dinner. There is a bar-b-que grill there that we used to celebrate birthdays. We are planning another trip in August and our first place to book at house is with Nazli!

Great Experience in Puerto Rico!

Thank you Nazli for helping us have a great experience in P.R! First off, the home was beautiful! We had an amazing time and you made everything so easy for us. The beach a simple 2 block walk from the home was the best, we grabbed a beach chair or two and buggy boards! The home worked as our little hub as we were in the center of everything! It made it very easy to explore the island both near and far, and then come home for a good night’s rest. Also your help with connecting us with the car seat/stroller rental place was very helpful, it made our trip to and from the airport go smoothly and fast. The gated property gave us the privacy and safety for running toddlers. The shower in the master bedroom was like heaven! It was great being able to stay in on the day that it rained and watch some tv on the flat panel, while some of us played on the internet or listened to music, usually we would be bored and trying to find something to do but we relaxed. On our last night we even had a barbecue and it was a terrific ending! We had such a great time, we’ve already recommended the home to someone! Thanks again!

We just returned from a lovely visit to Villa Oceania with my extended family. This was a perfect place for us to stay together (me, my husband, my infant daughter, my mother, and my brother). It had three bedrooms, one of which was large enough to share with my husband and infant daughter comfortably. The villa is airy and uncluttered. It had a fully usable kitchen and modern accomodations. We watched the Superbowl on the enormous movie-theater TV in wonderful air conditioning. In the mornings, it was lovely and cool and we could keep the windows and doors open. The house is well situated two blocks from the beach and a ten minute walk from Kasalta, and a 5 minute drive from a supermarket. The beach is not crowded and a nice place to swim. This was a super place for a luxurious, but low-key vacation. Because of the kitchen, you didn't have to eat out all the time, but there were good restaurants close enough that you could. The house was comfortable and very clean. It has a little yard and a nice patio. The owner was attentive without being intrusive, but didn't mind when we called her for advice on what to do or where to eat. We would definitely go back!

Incredible Stay, Simply Amazing

The property was simply amazing! It's perfect for either a short term or long term stay! The owner, Nazli was completely at your service, as she provides information for anything you can think of requesting (nearby beaches, restaurants, shopping and attractions). I actually went to San Juan for my wedding, so I, the groom, and my groomsmen stayed at the Villa Oceania. It is completely equipped with everything you need. Full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms, as well as a guest house (if you need extra space). The kitchen has all of the utensils you may need (glassware, dishes), plasma tv, dvd player, full size fridge... what more could you want in a vacation home? The Villa is exactly as described and shown in the pictures online, and our stay was simply incredible. Whenever we go back to San Juan, we will definitely stay at Villa Oceania!!

Exceptionally Fortunate To Come Across this Villa

We planned our trip to Puerto Rico as a last-minute getaway and were exceptionally fortunate to come across this wonderful villa! The location is convenient and close to the beach, groceries, restaurants, the airport, and the Old San Juan. The villa is extremely tastefully decorated and entails all necessities including a natural stone rain shower, full kitchen with cooktop, oven, microwave, the dishwasher, and laundry machines. It is fresh and new and is located in a gated community, which is consistently patrolled by police, so security and safety was never a concern. Nazli, the owner of the villa, was unbelievably helpful in answering all of our questions in a timely manner and helping us plan our trip. Communication was essentially seamless. We were lucky to find such a treasure and such a wonderful host. Thank you Nazli!

Best Place I Have Stayed at So Far

This was the best place I have stayed at by far. I travel often and most of the times end up in the average hotel. However, going with this villa, was the best choice ever. Pictures from the site don't do this place any justice. When me and my buddies all walked in, we were shocked and amazed. I had the pleasure of cooking the whole time we were there. I enjoyed the kitchen and the master bedroom shower was great. Being down the street from the beach was also a plus and minutes from the airport.

I have traveled to San Juan Puerto Rico on various occasions, and have stayed at various places. I recently traveled there with 7 of my good friends and we decided to stay in an apartment as opposed to a hotel for comfort. This place was very nice and accommodating to all our needs. From the cooking ware, beach chairs, air matress (all provided), proximity to ocean park beach ( within walking distance), it was perfect. It was almost as if we were home, but in san juan. We loved it, and do plan on using this place again the next time we travel to san juan. It was not far from airport, isla verde avenue, or condado area. I highly reccommend this place, the pictures are exact, every photo you see online is exactly as is in apartment. It was perfect and safe, and Nazli the owner was very nice by the way.

"Thank you Nazli! We had the most amazing time in Puerto Rico, mostly because of the fantastic accomodations and excellent location of your villa in Ocean Park. It's only 8 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Old San Juan, 5 minutes from Condado's cafes, bars, restaurants, nightlife, 3 minutes from the beach, shops, bakeries, grocery stores, surf shops, and so much more! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. This is by far the nicest vacation home rental we've experienced over the past 10 years. The house was very tastefully decorated and met all our needs including flat panel TV, wireless internet, iPod docking stereo, fully equipped kitchen, laundry machines, gated parking, fluffy beach towels, and 4 fantastic beach chairs with great back straps (we used them everyday on the beach). Although it gets really hot and humid in Puerto Rico, the house's powerful A/C kept us cool and dry. For breakfast and lunch, we took your recommendations to try Kasalta down the street for the most yummie pastries, sandwiches, and coffee! The best part about the villa was it's close proximity to the central highways that take you everywhere around the island including the surfing beaches of Rincon in the West, scuba diving near Guanica and La Parguera in the South, and Vieques Island to the East. Nazli you were a great hostess and we'll definitely be back again soon! Our only regret in writing this review is that we have to share this awesome secret with the rest of the world!"

The Villa was Absolutely Perfect!

The villa was absolutely perfect for my friends and family on our yearly trip back to Puerto Rico. The location is perfect, while being close to all necessities i.e. great gourmet grocery store with wine and spirits(super Max), pharmacies, gas, restaurants, hospital, and shops, the neighborhood is private (gated), respectable and friendly. I have family members all over the island and the location provided the perfect point at which to travel all over to visit. The home is beautiful and modern with great open spaces and conveniences perfect for hosting family dinners and gatherings. Both the indoors and outdoors of the villa have some really great design features i.e. gourmet kitchen, fantastic master bath, large bedrooms, cool marble floors, and great AC!!! The outdoors were landscaped beautifully with tropical flowers growing all around, beautifully lit at night, with gentle sounds of the Coqui, quintessentially Puerto Rico! Hoping on a quick flight to Culebra or Vieques was easy as the airport is literally 10 minutes away. The home really does have everything that you need. We brought our swimsuits, grabbed some beach chairs from the closet, walked a block away and we were on what felt like our own beautiful Caribbean beach. The villa is chic, and yet has a great home-like feel. Its a great place to get away from it all, while being close to everything! We had a great time at the Villa and cant wait for next year. Thank you for allowing us to stay at Villa Oceania. The Villa Oceania stay was perfect. The location in the Ocean Park neighborhood near the beach proved to be a great way to get to know the Santa Teresita community, walk the two minutes to the beach, take the A5 bus to Condado, and get to the airport in ten minutes. The Villa accommodations, sparkling interior, cleanliness, and comfortable furniture in the living room, bedrooms, and kitchen are some of the best we have experienced in six trips to Puerto Rico during a fifteen year period. We were very comfortable and felt very safe as we connected with the assets of the community such as the Tierra Santa restaurant, Barbosa Park and the beach, walking tour to view the architecture of homes, and witnessing a photo shot of a quincienera. We cooked and ate some of favorite foods (actually my wife did the cooking) and otherwise relaxed for in the beautiful casa. We are looking forward to our next trip.

The description regarding location and amenities is accurate. Located just a couple of blocks from the ocean, the beach is within walking distance. Restaurants are a short drive away. The property was extremely clean and well-maintained as well as newly renovated in a cool, contemporary style. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She provided excellent customer service. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend and will stay there again when we return to Puerto Rico.

First of all my communication with the owner was excellent, she is thorough, professional, accessible and extremely personable. We had multiple discussions before, and during my stay and all were exceptional. The place was beyond my expectation, I went with my adult brother and my two adult sons... We had a ball. The home is beautiful, modern, air conditioned in every room, with blazing fast wireless internet. Walking distance from the beach. The owner supplies everything you'll need, we had beach chairs and towels, kitchen utensils, washer and dryer, car port.... we had it all. It is was very cool, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated in modern, stylish furniture. Thanks sooooo much and I hope to visit again.

The Villa was Perfect!

The villa was perfect for our girls vacation to Puerto Rico! It had plenty of room for the 6 of us with beautiful furnishings and it was a great place to relax after exploring the island all day. It was also centrally located between freeway access out to Fajardo and into Old San Juan. We even did a few loads of laundry and made a few of our meals at the villa since the kitchen had everything we needed....including wine glasses! We would definitely stay again when we come back to Puerto Rico.

My wife, son and daughter-in-law really enjoyed our recent visit to the Villa. It exceeded our expectations and lived up to every photo. The room air conditioning units worked exceptionally well in keeping us all cool and comfortable. The kitchen had everything in the way of appliances to let us prepare several "eat in" meals. The beds were just right for good sleeping. We felt very private and secure and just a short ride by car or taxi to the airport, shopping, restaurants and the local San Juan tourist attractions. We're not sure when our travels will get us back to San Juan but the Villa will be the place we would check out first for availability. Our host Nazli was very gracious in seeing that we were properly oriented to enjoy all of the features of the Villa.

My wife, son and daughter-in-law really enjoyed our recent visit to the Villa. It exceeded our expectations and lived up to every photo. The room air conditioning units worked exceptionally well in keeping us all cool and comfortable. The kitchen had everything in the way of appliances to let us prepare several "eat in" meals. The beds were just right for good sleeping. We felt very private and secure and just a short ride by car or taxi to the airport, shopping, restaurants and the local San Juan tourist attractions. We're not sure when our travels will get us back to San Juan but the Villa will be the place we would check out first for availability. Our host Nazli was very gracious in seeing that we were properly oriented to enjoy all of the features of the Villa.
