A well equipped kitchen with bar is available for gourmet meals and exotic drink mixing. There are 3 TVs and washer-dryer available in the unit. Lighted tennis courts are on site with a golf course close by.

My family and I rented this unit. The unit is very nice, and cozy. We had a few issues with the cleaners not having cleaned the unit well before we arrived, and a very small plumbing issue...but the owner took care of everything very quickly. Great access to the beach. The grounds of the complex were very nice and clean. View from the balcony is AMAZING! We got to watch 3 dolphins for about an hour one morning. With 2 small children (2 yrs/9 mths) there was plenty of space in the unit to spread out. Piece of advice: take paper products...there was only 1 roll of TP, and 1/2 a roll of paper towels; we were going to the store anyway, but if you dont plan to go to the store, take some with you. All-in-All we would rent this unit again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

Wow! This was far and away the best rental we have visited. The condo is very neat and clean. It's proximity to the beach made for easy daily (and nightly) visits down to the beach. Whenever we would get tired of the beach, the pool was close by. The Villa has four pools and two hot tubs...my son insisted we see them all. :) The Villa is decorated in a Italian villa style which made for very cozy accommodations. The view from the porch each morning over coffee was relaxing. I highly recommend renting this condo at Villa Capriani for your next get away!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

We were instantly impressed with the rental and the accomodations. The photos are beautiful but do not do the condo justice. The condo was lovely and comfortable, and the Villa Capriani grounds were immaculate. The access to the beach and pools was easy, but we appreciated the security of the accesses. We plan to return as soon as possible!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.
