Feel the tranquillity of the Rocky Mountains in this inviting log home. Enjoy the endless activities available in Grand County, or relax on the deck with a spectacular 180-degree, panoramic view of the Fraser River Valley. Nestled in a wooded slope, the house backs up to acres of undeveloped forest. It is not uncommon to see deer grazing in the area.
Enjoy modern conveniences (cable TV, stereo, fully-equipped kitchen), relax in the well-lit great room, and gather ‘round the table in the dining room while surrounded by the natural beauty of log construction. A wood-burning stove provides that fire-crackling ambiance appropriate for a mountain setting.
The main level includes living room, dining room, full kitchen, laundry room, full bath, and two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with four bunk beds). The spacious master bedroom on the upper level has a queen bed and adjoining bathroom. A sofa sleeper in the great room accommodates two more for sleeping. The basement includes a ping-pong table, family room area, full bath and mudroom. The house is heated with electric heat.
