Three bedrooms offer total comfort, the lagoon alongside boasts turtles, fish and big alligators, the Island's golf courses are tough and green year round, restaurants are beyond description and affordable and the skies are not cloudy all day. Looking for anything more?
Point is that TWO/THREE FAMILIES can SHARE THE COSTS and share the fun with privacy in this 1700+ sq ft villa on HHI. Kitchen is fully equipped, all linens provided, a full size washer/dryer is provided, front door parking, two step walk up to front door, screened patio overlooking alligator lagoon, outside garden swing, total maintenance provided, two pools and tennis courts, gas grilles, the kids will play in a safe "jungle gym" within sight of the Villa, Wi-Fi connection from pool area to Villa and cell phones work all over the Island.

You'll find our Villa comfy and very clean with everything furnished but food and drink. Full laundry, kitchen for 8, two step entry, front door parking, etc.
We found the quiet and serenity so attractive, the Hilton Head stores and restaurants, the boats, the fishing, the lagoon outback with alligators, turtles and fish, the two pools and tennis courts...and now we are pleased to welcome you and family and friends to our little hide out on Earth.
