Welcome to the Sequoia, Our luxurious, 5 bedroom villa situated on the prestigious Calabay Parc.
Our Villa will make you feel at home from the moment you walk inside. It is 10 minutes away from Disney World and if you like Golf it's 4 minutes away from Greg Normans Golf Course. Shops, supermarkets, and many fantastic restaurants are also close by. Onsite facilities include basketball and tennis courts, children’s recreation area, and nature trails.
We have a large family room which over looks the pool area with patio doors. It has cable Television, DVD Player with lots of up to date movies and telephone with free international calls. We have a second family room with Television so you can all play on the Playstation 2 and Nintendo Wii both with up to date games. ipod and iphone Docking Station.
The Dining Room has a large table so you can all have a lovely family meal together.
The Kitchen and breakfast area is open-plan, fully-equipped with large American fridge (ice maker), dishwasher, microwave, coffee peculator, and much more. A separate utility room with washer and dryer so you can go home with a suitcase full of clean clothes. Cot, high-chair, and stair gate, 2 single Strollers and a double Stroller provided free.
This villa is fully air conditioned with three master bedrooms, one of which has direct access to the pool area. Two King- and one Queen-size beds. All have en-suite bathroom, walk-in showers, bath tubs; and walk-in wardrobes; cable TV and DVD player.
We have two twin bedrooms with shared bathroom, shower and bathtub. One Disney themed with Disney TV, DVD Player and music system, which the children all love.
The large swimming pool (Heated) with extended pool area and six berth Jacuzzi is fully screened, not overlooked for complete privacy. The South-facing design means the maximum amount of sun all day long. Pool also has security fencing for the children which gives you peace of mind. Luxury pool furnishings are provided so you can relax in comfort. After a long day out in the park either sunbathe on the extra decking area or just sit under the covered patio watching the children swim and play with all the fun pool inflatables. In the evening switch on the superb music system to set that perfect atmosphere and mood. Sit back and relax with a glass of wine and enjoy.
The game room is a must. Not just for the children but even for the adults. Our Dartboard and our professional pool table will supply you with many an evening of pool tournaments. We have added a fridge to keep all your beers lovely and cool. Let’s not forget about the children. We have a small pool table, Air soccer, table football, numerous games and books, 2 adult mountain bikes, 2 children mountain bikes, and much more.
You will never be bored in our villa, with so much to do and so much to see. It's a holiday of a lifetime!
