We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. Right in the heart of all the action in Condado. We explored Old San Juan, and walked all up and down Avenida Ashford. The beach is conveniently right across the street, and there are a ton of great food places within easy walking distance (I highly recommend Jam bar and bistro!). Thank you for a great retreat!

My stay at the condo was great there was no problem in getting to the place and the security guys they very nice at first I was hesitating on going into the website cause of so many scam but rolman made easy for me the beach and resturant are near by if u want to rent a car for the day u could there car rental near by to use for other location to go to like old san juan or the rainforest and I will be making plans to go back real soon I'm already letting my friends know about this place and they planning on going there to stay the trip was amazing thank u rolman for making my trip easy I will be getting touch with u soon for my next tripO:-)

My husband and I searched for an apartment in Condado, San Juan. There are a lot of different options in the area, but this apartment for us has the perfect location.We love the the area as is a few steps away from great restaurants, beautiful beaches and few minutes away from Old San Juan. The apartment is cozy, has a city/ocean view and great pool. Staff in the building was very courteous, helpful and Rolman was very nice. Our experience in general with him was very pleasant. Next time We go to PR will definitely stay in this little paradise. Rolman once again, thanks for enchanting our vacation experience :)

Stay at San Juan Condo

My husband and I spend a week at this condo in San Juan. We had a great time. The condo is beautifully decorated and has a full kitchen. We had friends who stayed at the Marriott across the street by pure coincidence. The Marriott charged them more than twice the amount that we paid for the condo, being a non all inclusive resort; I felt that its rates were way overpriced. Our friends had wished they would have booked a condo like ours, as they also felt that it was a much better deal. Having a full kitchen was great because we were able to fix breakfast and lunch so we did not have to go out for every meal. Although, we did go out a lot, as there are many great restaurants in walking distance from the condo. The pool was nice, although we much more enjoyed swimming at the beach. We were able to use the beach chairs at the Marriott, as its guests don't have to wear wrist bands, so they did not know that we were not staying there. We could also go in and use tour services, people were happy to assists us even though we told them that we were not staying there. The car rental place at the Marriott is a rip off! Don't rent a car at the hotels, as they all charge way too much. Use Europcar, they pick you up and bring you there; it's not that far, they charged about a third of what the hotel places charged. Old San Juan is amazing; make sure to explore the forts, great historical experience! Overall, beautiful condo and probably the best deal in the area, we would definitely go back! :D

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, aber schon etwas älter, auch die Küchengeräte. Kühlschrank sehr laut. Sie befindet sich im 10.Stock in einem Hochhaus mit 26 Stockwerken. Schwimmbad sehr schön. Im Plan ist die Wohnung falsch eingezeichnet. Sie befindet sich in Condado, nicht in Old San Juan. Der Bus fährt für 0.75 Cent (Senioren 0,35Cent) ca. 15 Minuten bis Old San Juan. In der Ashford Road gibt es gute Restaurants.

Right in the middle of the action

This place is right in the heart of Condado. Cross the street and you have the beach, hotels, casino, restaurants. The apartment is perfect for a single person or a couple. Nice lobby, friendly security guards. You have nice bars right outside the lobby as well. Other perks: swimming pool, reading room, gym, laundry. No complaints, happy traveler.

I absolutely loved the condo ~ it felt like my home away from home!! The condo has EVERYTHING that you will need for your stay. It has the perfect demographic location - it is surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, dancing and casino at the Marriot, Walgreens pharmacy (which is also a grocery store), a wonderful park, and the beautiful beach. You really don't have to leave the neighborhood to have a good time, but if you do want to venture to tour the island there is a Hertz on the next corner. I'm actually planning my next trip to Puerto Rico to attend the San Sebastian Festival, and I will definitely stay in Rolman and Rupuerto's condo again! I have already recommended the condo to my friends and family, and I suggest you do the same. PERFECT!!! Thanks Rolman and Rupuerto for everything!!!

Great Apartment, Great Location

We arrived early evening and were able to get settled in easy. There is 24 hr. security and it has one of the best locations. Everything we needed was within walking distance - the beach, restaurants, casinos, and shops. If you want to venture out further, there are bus stops right across the street. The apartment was clean and well furnished. Rolman and Ruperto were awesome. They even had beach chairs. Everything was very convenient and very comfortable. The only thing I do have to point out - there is a funky smell in the hall as you come off the elevator. I am glad it is short lived, though. Once you go into the apartment, you can't smell it. I definitely will want to stay there again and recommend to anyone wanting to travel to P.R. Roman/Ruperto - you have a lovely apartment and it was a pleasure!] Take care, Karina

Safe, clean--can't wait to go back!

After being disappointed with all the local hotel offerings, my husband and I chose this apartment and we’re so glad we did! The Ashford Imperial building is very large and easy to find on Ashford Ave. There is a Starbucks, Walgreens, and tons of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We took a $15 taxi ride to Viejo San Juan for two days of our stay and were very glad we stayed in the Condado area. The location of the apartment is VERY safe. I have never seen a better police presence and we walked around visiting bars and casinos at night without any hesitation. We also appreciated the locked lobby doors (you use a magnetic key to get in) and the security guard. The pool is also very nice and quiet--though it closes after dark. The apartment is very clean, has a great layout and is filled with natural light. The AC works very well and the bed is comfortable. Though it is close quarters, the two of us were more than comfortable for the whole week. Sitting on the balcony at sunset enjoying the rooftop views became a daily ritual. The wireless internet didn’t reach the apartment from the lobby, but we went downstairs to check our email as needed. My only warning is that the activity on busy Ashford Avenue was VERY loud on the weekend, and the apartment is not very insulated from noise from the street because of the large windows. Pack earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The beach across the street is beautiful and we were able to rent umbrellas and chairs from a local vendor. We loved skipping the crowded resort beaches filled with screaming kids and lounging on our own! There are plenty of beach front bars and restaurants that do waiter service on the beach in front of their bar, so we didn’t even miss out on the cocktails! We would absolutely look into staying here on our next trip to Puerto Rico. Thank you for such a great experience, Rolman and Ruperto!

What a wonderful time I spend at Rupert and Rolman's apartment, location is amazing close to just about everything you need to have an amazing vacation. The apartment has beautiful views, feels so cozy and peaceful. I just loved everything about it. I'm looking forward to go back and will definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

We are a young traveling couple from Canada. However, this location is perfect for: friends, family, seniors etc. Getting there and settled in was zero hassle, as there was no "check in" line. The security guard was expecting us and had our key ready. The room itself was all you needed for the amazing price you pay. Don't expect the Ritz Carlton but a well kept home. The condo itself is safe, amazing pool area that is very private, Wi-fi, and has an elevator. Things in the area: CVS, Casinos, Beach, Fast Food, Sit-down restaurants, Plaza Del Mercado etc. Over all this was a wonderful place to stay. Hassle free booking with the owners and money well spent!

This review is a bit delayed, but better late than never. We (two people) stayed here Labor Day week while we were in San Juan. It's a great place - it looks like the pictures, was very clean with a comfortable bed, good furniture and a fully stocked kitchen in a quiet building. Neat views from the balcony. There was some little ongoing plumbing work underway in the bathroom (someone had cracked the tiles on a shower wall) but this did was not a problem at all, and we were told about it before we got there so no surprises. Also, a very nice location - short walk to the beach, restaurants, some light shopping and car rental. There is also a nice pool and jacuzzi on-site, and an overnight parking lot across the street if you decide to rent a car for a few days. Overall, a great place to stay and we would stay again!

Perfect place for 2-4 people

The location of this unit is perfect! The building is gorgeous and modern, as is the studio. The studio is perfectly equipped, including a very comfortable queen size bed and a futon couch which converts into a 2nd bed. It's got an adorable little balcony for 2 with a side view of the ocean. The beach is a short 1 block walk away. There are restaurants & bars nearby, literally around the corner. We enjoyed pizza at Danny's International Pizzeria and traditional Puerto Rican food, such as mofongo, at Latin Star (which is open 24/7). You can also find convenience stores/markets/drug stores a short walk away. The airport (SJU) to Condado is just a short $15-20 taxi ride away. We will definitely rent this unit again!

Best Rental Apartment ever!

As an avid traveler who has rented apartments all around the world I can honestly say that this is the best one yet! Not only is the location superb (very near to the beach, starbucks, walgreens, great restaurants and bars as well as the bus stop) but the apartment itself is beautiful! It is so rare to find people that put so much care into a rental apartment. The design is beautifully done and the furniture is comfy, clean and useful! You really feel like your home while on vacation in this space. The owners are fantastic and a pleasure to deal with! I highly recommend this rental for your vacation!!!

Una maravillosa estancia en la bella Puerto Rico

Queríamos pasar unas vacaciones de nuestro aniversario en Puerto Rico, pues la verdad es que hacia tiempo que queríamos visitar a la “isla del encanto.” Cuando vi el apartamento acogedor justo en la area comercial de Ashford Avenue con los buenos comentarios de los otros que habían pasado tiempo allí, nos apuntamos también. Estábamos encantados con el apartamento en todo – el lugar, las cosas que allí nos ayudaban a sentirnos en casa (toallas, cazuelas, sillas para la playa, libros turísticos…), la noción de sentirse uno residente de verano aunque fuera una semana…todo, maravilloso. Los propietarios - Ruperto y Rolman - nos contestaron todas nuestras preguntas antes y durante la semana, incluyendo la indicación de unos buenos restaurantes donde comimos como reyes. De Condado, visitamos el Yunque, Loquillo, La Universidad de Puerto Rico, Loiza y condujimos en la ruta 187 – una bella ruta con mucha diversidad geográfica. Pasamos un par de dias en el Viejo San Juan, donde imaginamos las diferentes etapas históricas que vivía Puerto Rico, los ataques de poderes que quisieron dominar a esta isla, puerta al caribe. A pesar de todo, Puerto Rico ha podido mantener sus raices, su bella actitud de hospitalarios a los que visitan y una Buena marcha de fiesta. El apartamento es todo lo que dice, y mas porque lo que no puede decir es que uno tiene la oportunidad de entrar en un mundo nuevo, pero podrá sentirse en casa por todo el tiempo. Recomiendo el apartamento con entusiasmo. Mi hija y su marido y la nina se quedaron en el Marriott justo enfrente y pudimos invitarlos a comer y usar al apartamento como una buena base de familia. Mi nieta llego a llamarlo el apartamento de “Pa Pa y Grandma” y no le dijimos que no era la verdad porque por una semana, tuvimos nuestra casa en Puerto Rico.

Rolman and Ruperto are two of the nicest, most honest guys you will ever meet with a definite taste for the good life! You´ll get a piece of that, too, when you stay at their property in San Juan! I´ve worked with Rolman for years and I can assure you that he is a very upstanding person that you will never have to worry about mistreating you! He will go out of his way to make your stay one of the most amazing and memorable vacations you have ever taken with has lots of advice and tips about things to do near their condo! Best Location, Best Apartment, Best Owners

We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Condado is THE area to stay in San Juan, and Rolman & Ruperto’s apartment fits the bill perfectly! It's walking distance to everything and right on the bus line for everything else. It comes furnished with just about EVERYTHING you might need, and if you need something else the Walgreen's is a block away (it even has grocery). Sure it's a bit small, and sleeping four was snug, but still totally doable, and it never felt tight when we were all hanging around. The tons of huge windows and mirrors make it seem large. Besides, who's staying inside the apartment when you're in PR?!? Rolman went above and beyond; answering numerous questions and even finding us a spot in the building's garage when we needed parking at the last minute. Thanks guys! I highly recommend this and will stay “with you” again next time I visit San Juan.

Great location. Pool area was beautiful. Grocery store within walking @ 1 mile on DE DIEGO street, also had a blockbuster to rent movies. There is a Walgreens just down the street that has groceries too. The bus was only 75 cents to take you to old San Juan or Isla Verde. (make sure you have the correct change/no bills accepted) The apartment is old but, very clean!! The balcony has ocean view and we enjoyed that very much.

This was a beautiful, cozy and perfect location !!! no need to rent a car; walk to everything... shops, dinning, beach, open door Hotels... the comfort and many amenties in the building made us feel to stay forever!! :) If you want a quick getaway weekend, this is the perfect place to pick !!! wake up to the sea sounds, warm sunshine and amazing blue water of Puerto Rico !! We had a wonderful time in San Juan over New Year's, and the apartment was lovely and spotless! The small space and slightly outdated bathroom is more than made up for by the extras Rolman has included, like beach towels and chairs! We grabbed the towels, chairs, and even a small cooler and walked right over to the beach more than one day in a row! The location is fantastic, just a block from the Condado Beach, and a short walk to the Ocean Park beach, which we found to be even nicer (and quieter). There's a Supermax (grocery store) within walking distance, as well as numerous restaurants, bars, and shops. We bought groceries and sat on the balcony for breakfast with a fantastic view of the ocean! Thank you for a great trip!

We had a great time in Puerto Rico and we like the apartment so much! This was best place I stayed in. Right one block from the beach and it’s a perfect location. The condo was exactly like the pictures and more. Love the Rain shower – Kitchen was well equipped with everything from pots and pans to all the utensils you need. Location was perfect specially being our first time visiting the Island. Rolman, the owner, was provided us with lists of restaurants to visit (which we did), he gave us other information on San Juan which was great to have as we had never been before. To sum this up, we would go back and definitely staying here over again.

The perfect place to stay in San Juan

This condo was conveniently situated in the Condado neighborhood, an easy bus/taxi ride away from Old San Juan. The condo was comfortable, close to the beach, had a beautiful balcony with an ocean view, and the building has a great swimming pool and wireless internet in the lobby. My girlfriend and I chose to rent an apartment instead of a hotel room because we wanted to save a bit of money on meals -- the kitchen was well equipped and we bought food and drinks at a grocery just a block away, and cooked a couple of meals. The air conditioning worked well too when it was hotter. Most importantly for us, we had not rented an apartment before so were a bit unsure about the process. Rolman was very professional and clear with us ahead of time how the rental worked, and was extremely responsive before and during the stay, addressing all our concerns about the rental agreement, payment, etc. The price was more than fair, and we would recommend this rental to any friends looking to vacation in San Juan, PR!

I was helping my son and daughter-in–low to found a place for their honeymoon and how fortune we were to found Rolman’s Apartment in Puerto Rico. I know they had a fantastic time!!! As per my son’s comments, the apartment was absolutely perfect. It was very romantic. Every morning they sat on the deck and drank some tea and watched the ocean and the streets of Condado. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with wonderful neighbor. It is so close grocery store, a hotel where you can book tourist activities, great restaurants, bars and the beach. Then get ready to go for dinner and evening walk. Thanks, It has been a pleasure doing business with him!

Amazing Vacation

I had such an awesome time at Rolman & Rupert’s apartment. The apartment is located in the beautiful Condado. Conveniently located with access to the beach across the street and is at the center of everything, both high end boutiques and mid range stores; Walgreen; grocery stores; (Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts on the next block over) night life; restaurant; casinos and a15 minutes taxi ride to Old San Juan. Ten minutes cab ride away form the airport. It’s across the street from The Marriott hotel, with easy access to taxis. It’s also a very safe area. The building is a door man building. The owner’s upkeep on the apartment is outstanding, beautiful and maintained, with a balcony view to the ocean. It is a fully equipped and functional kitchen, working TV and DVD. The air-condition works well. The apartment is looks exactly like the photos. I can’t wait to go back!

Apt Itself is an example of interior architecture

We do not normally write reviews. Let’s make this review an exception because the owners of this apartment are friendly people. The apartment itself is an agreeable example of interior architecture: A comfortable sitting-room (with TV and DVD), a fully equipped and functioning kitchen, a bed that’s a little island of relaxation, and a balcony with ocean-view. The washing machines and dryers at the building, accessible for tenants and guests, are modern and well-maintained. Internet access is provided. The owners were helpful when we had some questions during the booking process. The rate was reasonable. Before Puerto Rico we had apartments in Barbados and Martinique, but this apartment was the best. The user-friendly pool helped a lot. Beaches, shops and restaurants are not far away. The condo at Ashford Imperial was clean and very accessible to everything one would need to enjoy on a Puerto Rico vacation: inviting pool; gym; and cuisine galore right out the front door. Thanks for providing us with topnotch accommodations that were just a few paces from the gorgeous beaches of Condado. Experiencing the nightlife was fun and easy even without a car. All the excitement was in walking distance, and we were able to enjoy everything from dancing to socializing with the friendly locals. At night's end, it was nice to walk back to our comfortable and secure quarters to watch the stars from our highrise balcony in this luxury building. Even better was waking up to enjoy another day of our completely satisfying vacation.

This apartment is located in one of the best buildings in Condado, with great views and amenities. The apartment itself is lovely and well-furnished, with lots of natural light. We especially love the balcony. Everything is within walking distance, and the swimming pool is amazing!

The Sweetest Spot in Puerto Rico

The best place to stay in Puerto Rico is this beautiful studio in Condado. This gorgeous location is only a few blocks to the beach, and just around the corner from a 75 cent bus ride into Old San Juan. To my hosts Rolman and Ruperto- thank you! This place was far beyond a perfect place to stay. Not only is the location fantastic- but the pool was amazing! The friendly staff in the building just topped off a wonderful stay. I will return to your lovely apartment, and soon! Your place is by far my favorite "home away from home!"

we enjoyed our stay, in this cozy condo, easy to get to attractions, and local, resturants and bars, great swimming pool, for our use, and very secure, the only problem we had was no parking avalible, but that aside, a great place in a very nice country

But luckily there is so much to do in our neighborhood (El Condado) that for us and many of our guests renting a car, in many cases, is not necessary. We love staying here for our honeymoon/vacation and didn’t want to leave!!!Everything was so great. We felt like we never left home. It was VERY clean – I have to say that this was one of the cleanest condos I have every stayed at any travels. The bed was VERY comfortable. We absolutely loved the location of your condo so close to restaurants and great beaches as well local transportations to the Old San Juan. We were so happy with you accommodations that we will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family! At last, the price of your condo made our entire trip affordable for us. Great Time in PR

I stayed here a week with a couple friends and had a great time. The location is perfect! It is a quick (and cheap) cab ride to both Old San Juan and the airport. We were able to rent a car for a couple of days and drive out to the East side of the island and visit both the rainforest and Fajardo. Parking overnight wasn't as bad as I had expected either, there was plenty of parking in the neighborhood. Overall, I would definately recomend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico.

Absolutely Loved Staying

My friends and I absolutely loved staying in the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable with wonderful neighbors. It is so close to the beach, grocery store, a hotel where you can book tourist activities and great restaurants and bars. We all felt very safe staying in the apartment. It was so nice to wake up have breakfast on the patio and watch people walk around on the streets. Then we would walk 5 minutes to a beautiful beach. Come back take an evening dip in the beautiful pool. Then get ready to go for dinner and evening walk. I highly recommend this place and when I come back would love to stay here again. Jill

The Perfect Rental

The apartment was everything we needed and more! The building has a great pool, gym (if you work out on vacation...), and beautiful lobby with 24 hr security. There is even wireless by the pool if you wanna relax and be productive at the same time. It was amazing to be able to sit on the balcony every morning and wake up to the view of the ocean before we began our day. The kitchen made it easy to stock up on the basics to help save some money along the way. There are plenty of restaurants really close by nonetheless. Our favorite was Bebo Cafe. It was definitely populated by locals and the food was reasonably priced and amazing. The beach was only a few steps away! We also chose to go to the Ocean Park beach area which was about a 20 minute walk, but definitely worth it! Considering the weather, you probably won’t mind. When you do make the trip to Old San Juan, which is a must, the Parrot Cafe was definitely among the favorite places there. Our stay in Puerto Rico was amazing and it was only made better with the help of Rolman and Ruperto and their beautiful studio! The process was simple and smooth. We would definitely do it again in a heartbeat!

Hi Rolman and Ruperto- I just wanted to let you know that we had a fabulous trip!! The location and people were wonderful, as well as the weather. The apartment was a perfect size for the family and the pool was key! You should definitely advertise the pool for families with children it provided a great deal of entertainment. We also found a good number of nearby restaurants that we liked very much. What a great trip.

Great Vacation

This was my boyfriend’s first time in Puerto Rico (He is from Germany) and it’s my second time… It was a beautiful trip…You mot see El Yunque and El Morro- both are beautiful most –sees. Also check out the Bacardi Factory in Catano, it’s a free tour with free drinks. The apartment was perfect for our stay. The bed is very comfortable, and we did sleep a lot… may be a bit too much. The film choices left for us were also good… must see “Get Smart” . The Beaches behind the Marriott and La Concha are great. Be Sure to Check then out too… Overall it was a great vacation. Hope everyone else has a great trip too.

Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

If you want to stay in a nice area at an affordable price...this is your place! We stayed for 5 nights. -The bed was very comfortable. -The apt. is stocked with all the essentials you will need. -Even though we did not cook, it was nice to have a fridge to keep the drinks cold! -The bathroom is not as updated as the rest of the apt., but who cares? -The apt. is a little bigger than an average hotel room. -It was nice to be able to sit on the balcony. -The pool was great after an afternoon at the beach. -If you take your laptop to the lobby or sitting area near the pool you will have wireless access. -The afternoon/evening security guard was very helpful with all our questions. -You are within walking distance to the beach. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach. Tips: You can easily get taxis at the Marriott. (to Santurce, Old San Juan, etc.) Yerba Buena is steps away, they have great food and Monday nights there is live music for $15 and worth the money if you love music! The art museum in Santurce is pretty good! Walk to Ocean Park for breakfast, lunch or a treat at Kasalta Bakery. The visitor center in Old San Juan is great for maps and other information! Definitely try the Monfongo at a local restaurant! Get postcards at Wallgreens. Buy artwork from a P.R. folk artist, coffee, rum, a Vejigante mask and lace. *Even though the cable was out from a bad storm, Ruperto was kind enough to send DVDs for us to watch. We really didn't mind the lack of TV and we were able to see some new movies. Thanks for another amazing trip to P.R.

Just writing a note to you to let you now how great it was to stay at your place again. It was like a home away from home! I always sleep better in Condado, knowing the beach is just blocks away. I enjoyed walking around the Condado area. Your apartment was so close to everything, including the supermarket and the "fruit market- where I was able to drink my batidos. Cafe del Angel had great food, as well as all the other restaurants along Ashford Avenue. I enjoyed having my cioffe on the balcony and just spending some quality time in Puerto Rico. The apartment looked great! I loved the new drapes. I also had a great time enjoying the nightlife in Condado, your apartment was central to any where I wanted to go, including the museums. Thanks again for the accomodations, so much better than staying in a hotel!

Absolute Bliss

This place is wonderful, it's very cute and cozy, with an amazing location. The building is beautiful, a white tower that shoots up as far as the eye can see, it provides excellent views of Condado, and a stunning picture of the beach. The lighting is great, the space has many large floor to ceiling windows that frame the spectacular views. It is very clean and quiet. The building is modern and sophisticated, it includes a chic lobby and study area, a functional gym as well as a spectacular outdoor pool area. People around are genuinely nice and respectful. We stayed for 4 enjoyable days. It was refreshing to walk into a space with a lovely decor/calm, blissful energy, and be able to relax after spending a long day on the beach or walking about town. Again the location is superb, there are tons of things to do around, restaurants,bars, hotel parties etc... Overal the experience was excellent, I would not hesitate to return, and have enthusiastically recommended the apartment to others.

I recently stayed at this apartments and loved it. It's in the best location. Everything I wanted was within walking distance. Amazing restaurants and bars to go out at night were right outside the door. The place was well maintained. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was great to cook in when we wanted. Everything was there that we needed. Amazing balcony with a great view. Was very nice to eat and have coffee out there. Was also nice to just crash on the couch in front of the tv sometimes too! The owners were very helpful and answered all questions I had. Everything in the description is true. The staff at the complex was also very helpful for me to find all the places and help with taxis when I needed them. It's nice to find a gem like this when you travel. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

From the moment you step into the beautiful modern and chic lobby to the moment you rest your head too relax in this beautiful and comfortable apt, the stay is so peaceful. The apt has very tasteful and beautiful interior design, everything is organized, accessible, and clean as well. My favorite part was the pool which is great for lounging when you want to have an off day from traveling around the city. A great plus is that you are surrounded by everything from a starbucks, walgreens, restaurants, boutiques, and the beach. I will definitely return here for my future trips to Puerto Rico.

Well I pestered Rolman and Ruperto for weeks with questions lol and they patiently answered them all. My husband and I were very pleased with the condo. From the second we walked into the lobby I was impressed. It was clean and sleek and beautiful and the 1st guard we met and saw several time was so friendly and helpful. The condo itself was very cute with a nice semi oceanfront view. It was pretty well known so when we got cabs a few times the people found it easily. Ok so the set up was great- even though it is smaller you feel like you have a bedroom and a livingroom, so I really liked that. There were all kinds of seasonings and dishes. However my husband and I decided we were on vacation and not lifting a finger. So there are paper bowls and plates in one of the cabinents now lol. It was nice to be able to heat up leftovers from dinner though. It also was easy to get to the beach from there. We and the girls staying in the building shared a car rental the 2 days we went to the Rio Grande area and they had a spot in the garage so everything overall worked out great. Overall a great place to stay for a great price!

Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this condo and was blown away by how comfortable it made us. We felt right at home from the moment we stepped foot inside. The apt couldn't be placed in a more convenient location. There is a 24hr Walgreens and a lot of cute restaurants. There is a lot of shopping just two blocks up which was also great. Just a tip... Do your souvenir shopping in old San Juan. It’s much cheaper. There is an immaculate casino down the street with music drinks and more. And for the coffee lovers like my self STARBUCKS is on the corner!! How awesome. The beach is literally 2 blocks a way and it’s beautiful. I suggest taking in sights like the castle of san Cristobel and el Morro. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to be in the city but also have some tranquillity at night. It was awesome and we will definitely be back later this year. It was our first time to pr and R&R made it a welcoming one. Thanks guys you're the best!!!

Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.

I just returned from my stay at this property and I cant say enough nice things about it. To start with, for anyone wondering about neighborhoods in San Juan, Condado is very very nice... right outside the door there are many restaurant and shopping options. From Starbucks and Walgreens to very authentic local food, all minutes walking distance away... the condo is decorated in a nice asian style and feels cozy... and the patio is great for breakfast w a great view of the water... We walked down to Ocean Park beach, which was full of people and fun... I will definitely be calling these owners on my next visit.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My friends and I had such an awesome time at Rolman & Ruperto's cute lil apt. It was truly a vacation we've been dreaming of and couldn't have asked for more. The location puts us to the center of everything. For first time tourist like us we found living across from the Marriott to be very helpful and easy plan out / sign up for day trips w/ them. Cute restaurants along the strip, beach, Walgreens, Casions, the list goes on and on. And most of all R&R had been so patient and so helpful through the whole way, giving us tips before we got there and later checking on us while we were there. Thanks for an awesome time, we hope to visit again ... this year hopefully :D

Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing.

Wow! What to say about the perfect place? We went to Puerto Rico for a vacation and a wedding and found paradise! This place is located across the street from the beach/ ocean! We awoke crossed one street to go to Strabucks and then crossed again to get to the beach...less than 200 steps from the from the lobby. The apartment looks just like it does in the picture. The building offers 24 hour friendly and helpful security (where to eat, where to go from the insiders:), a pool that always has chairs, a hot tub, AC in unit with two fans to keep you cool, a fridge (perfect for leftovers from local restaurants and Diet Cokes), beach towels, extra sheets, pillow, tv with cable, a radio, a balcony that looks out to the ocean, a clean bathroom and a bed that feels just like home! And much much more...All the comforts of home. The owners made this process simple and were ALWAYS available if there were questions. There is no hassle and they are honest. (They have a contact in the building while you are there if anything should come up...added bonus!) There really is not enough good things to say about the place. If, you are looking for an amazing place to stay in the middle of a hip, fun town then you have found it! I would have my parents stay here, my best friend, people I work with and anyone I meet. Just book it, you won't be disappointed! Don't waste money to stay at some hotel chain located literally across the street...save it and stay here and spend it on delicious toastones and rum! Make sure you check out the journal on the coffee table that has tips from other people who have stayed there on what they have done and what not to do in Puerto Rico. The only bad thing about the place is that at the end of the week you have to return home:( Don't wait! Book now!
