Cannes apartment description

This 85 m2 apartment belongs to a young British/French couple who has demonstrated their modern taste in renovating this 5th floor apartment; during 2012/13, putting in a third bedroom using parts of the terrace, refurbishing the living room, kitchen and showers. They have fully put to value the 110 m2 covered terrace as a place for sunbathing and dining for up to 6 persons. The view is of the Old Town (Le Suquet), the Mediterranean and the hills of the Esterel.

It is an ideal place for strolling down the 200 meters to the numerous restaurants in the Old Town and on the Old Port. Here the bus from the airport has its terminal - and a further 800 meters brings you to the steps of the Festival Palace where so much happens in Cannes. The beaches are less than that away ! A Casino grocery store is located on the ground floor; no sweat to keep one's own household.

The rates above are 'all inclusive', that is, they include bed linen, towels, housecleaning on departure, electricity (for stays of less than 1 month), water, holiday taxes, TV.  Rates for periods outside of events in Cannes are deeply discounted; ask for a quote.

Parking for a small car underneath the building is EUR 100 extra per week.
A negotiated rate is applicable for stays beyond one month.
A 25% non-refundable down payment of the total rental has to be made within one week of the booking.  The remaining amount is payable on arrival.  VISA- and Master cards are acceptable.

A EUR 500 security deposit against breakages and losses are required on checking in.  It is refunded on or shortly after departure.
