This beautiful home has 180 degree views overlooking the Caribbean Ocean from every window, each bedroom patio or deck. It also overlooks a beautiful pool with a waterfall. This modern house is considered by the locals to be one of the nicest vacation homes on the island due to it's proximity to one of the best beaches in the Caribbean which is a 10 minute walk away. The unobstructed sea views are only about 100 yards from the ocean. All of this with the amenities and island decor that a Caribbean house like this should have. The huge entry patio has a nice wooden table and chairs for outdoor dining and a hammock and patio chairs for leisurely entertainment. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and each guest are provided with a very nice welcome package of essentials such as coffee, beer, etc. The maid service cleans and changes the sheets weekly and is provided by my management company. The property has a security system, keypad entry and gardeners who tend the beautiful gardens surrounding the property. Upon your arrival you will be provide with the use and the services of our superior management company! Hawaii is nice but this is better! The direct flight from Houston on Continental or Delta from Atlanta takes about 2 1/2 hours!!!

Hello Craig, Happy New Year to you. We have adapted back to the cold after leaving your beautiful property in Roatan. Thank you very much for the great price you offered, which swayed us to stay with you. Your house is great, the view is wonderful, the location is one of the best on the island and convenient, even when we did not have a rental car. Your management company is also great to deal with. This past visit was second time at this excellent home. The place is comfortable (new beds & great A/C), prime location with ocean breeze and awesome views from Living Room, Master, 2nd BR & all terraces. Roatan is a friendly Island (people and beaches) - lots to do for family or for the low key hide away vacation. This place is on the list for next year! Thank you -

We spend the most beautiful time in Roatan. The house is absolutely comfortable and gorgious. It is spacious, peaceful, surround by Roatan beautiful nature, located in one of Roatan's exclusive neighborhood.
