Walk out the front door to the sand, enjoy all the fun that Mission Beach has to offer. Located conveniently within 15 minutes to the San Diego International Airport, Old Town, Downtown Gaslamp District, Petco Park, Convention Center, Sea World, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Qualcomm Stadium and many more local attractions. You can even stroll four blocks south to Belmont Park with it's historic roller coaster.
This large 1700 square feet three bedroom non-smoking condo is the ideal vacation retreat, located on Ocean Front Walk, San Luis Obispo is the cross street. NEWLY REMODELED; featuring fresh paint, new carpet, new sleeper sofa, and a completely new exterior. This area of Mission Beach is well cared for, almost every building has been or is currently being renovated. Decorated in a beach theme, you will feel right at home. The master has a king bed, with a private ocean view balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two full sized beds. Ten people can sleep comfortably, all the bedrooms have cable plasma TV's and are located on the second level. You vacation home also features wireless internet service. We have two beach cruiser bikes for your use.
Perfect for entertaining with a large open kitchen, breakfast bar, and a cozy living room complete w/ a large flat screen TV. The front porch with a table and chairs is a fun area to eat, drink, and enjoy the people watching as the sun sets below the Pacific Ocean. Many tourists and locals travel up and down the paved walkway which runs for miles; it is a great spot to walk, jog, roller blade, or bike.
There are beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas for your use, and a washer/dryer in the tandem garage. Just bring your bathing suits and sunscreen, everything else you need is waiting for you here at this perfect ocean front beauty.

This condo on mission beach was wonderful, it had all the things you needed and more, it was right on mission beach, from the master bedroom you can see and hear the waves crashing onto the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had everything. I would definitely stay here again! Daniel

This home was spectacular. Very homey and warm. Location is perfect. Not to close the the craziness of Hamels, but close enough to walk to. Property Manager was quick to act on any issues we had. Love Love Loved it!!!!

Booking on the internet has never produced a better result. Fantastic Location, Fantastic Property, Excellent Customer Service. Travelling from Canada with a youn family, including a baby, it was a make or break upon arrival and WOW! was this the perfect spot. Close to everything. Already trying to figure out when we can go back. Thanks for the Great Holiday.

After our trip to Disneyland, we wanted to decompress and spend the last 3 nights on the beach in San Diego. Renting this condo in Mission Beach exceeded all of our expectations and then some. Our 7 year old daughter LOVED the beach, hunting for seashells, building sandcastles, and braving the "cold" ocean. We loved the fact that the condo was right on the beach, so if we forgot something, or wanted lunch, we didn't have to lug all of our belongings back and forth with us. For the times we weren't out catching the sights, we enjoyed walking the boardwalk, relaxing on the beach, and people watching from both balconies. The sunsets from this unit are unbelievable!!! It is centrally located and within minutes to the airport, Sea World, Little Italy and too many more attractions to name. Jay was a pleasure to work with and made the rental process easy. Will definitely rent again the next time we visit San Diego.

The house was outstanding with no complaints whatsoever. Between the cleanliness of the house, the spectacular location and the amazing views, this rental was an amazing deal. Owner was always pleasant and easy to work with. Would rent from again any day!

This property met all of our expectations and more. We really enjoyed the views or the ocean and watching the Dolphins playing in the ocean from the patio. The advertising of this property was everything that it said it was going to be and more. We will look for this property again when we return to San Diego.

We rented this condo in February 2010 for a family vacation to San Diego. The condo was beautiful, clean, and everything we needed was furnished. The view of the beach and ocean was fantastic from the patio and upper balcony off of the master bedroom! My daughter got some great photos of sunrises and sunsets. We really enjoyed the bikes, and walking to so many things along the beach walk. This truly is the only way to vacation! We're already talking about our next visit to the area and this condo. Jay and Nina, thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. Do not hesitate to rent this property. You will not be disappointed!!!

We had a great time at this condo and found it very easy to work with the owners/management. It is in a perfect location, right on the beach, and a close walk/drive to nearby restaurants and eateries. The condo was clean, with cute modern decorations, and slept 10 comfortably. Despite the weather being a bit rainy and windy on the weekend we chose, we were still able to turn on the fireplace and sit in the comfort of the condo and look out at the storm. I would certainly recommend this place to family and friends and would stay there again in the future.

We rented this property for a family Christmas 2009 and had a blast! Two families of 4 fit perfectly. Our kids rode bikes every day up and down the boardwalk and played in the sand, even tried to get into the water a couple of times but it was a bit cold. We walked to restaurants for lunch and dinner and even had a few early morning coffee's out. The place itself was very nice and clean, we felt right at home. We even hosted a couple dinners with friends in the area. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a great time!
