Market street in this area is palm-tree lined and is the main artery of San Francisco. Street cars are above ground and Muni lines below ground. Restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, banks, gyms, and many other activities galore. In short, everything that everyone's favorite city has to offer!

There is a refundable $200 cleaning/damage deposit. (The deposit amount is $400 if dogs are included.) The deposit will be promtly refunded after your stay.
Half the rent for your stay plus the cleaning/damage deposit is due to confirm your reservations with the other half due 14 days before arrival.
Reservations are not confirmed until the rent and deposit are received.
Unless otherwise arranged in advance, check-in is after 1 PM on your arrival date and by 11 AM on your departure date.
