In the heart of the Castro, this flat is within 2 blocks of 6 public transportation lines, many coffee houses (one is 3 doors away), numerous shops and restaurants (a new restaurant is next door and others are but steps away), plus several gyms, grocery stores and many of the other fun and exciting locations San Francisco offers! Duboce Park is less than 2 blocks.

Even though the flat is on one of the most inviting residential streets in San Francisco, it's also only 1 1/2 blocks to Market Street. Market street in this area is palm-tree lined and is the main artery of San Francisco. Street cars are above ground and Muni lines below ground. Restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, banks, gyms, and many other activities galore. In short, everything that everyone's favorite city has to offer!
Within 5-minute walking distance of the flat are 4 coffee shops (including both Peets and Starbucks), 18 restaurants, 2 gyms, numerous shopping venues (gifts, clothing, grocery stores, furniture, cosmetics and more), 3 banks, 1 movie theater (the well-known Castro Theater), 1 very nice grassy park (with an off-leash area for dogs), plus more.

There is a refundable $200 cleaning/damage deposit. (The deposit amount is $400 if dogs are included.) The deposit will be promtly refunded after your stay.
Half the rent for your stay plus the cleaning/damage deposit is due to confirm your reservations with the other half due 14 days before arrival.
Reservations are not confirmed until the rent and deposit are received.
Unless otherwise arranged in advance, check-in is after 1 PM on your arrival date and by 11 AM on your departure date.

Owner's Map of Castro
My partner and I work for our own company in the Sierra foothills community of Jackson, CA. It's not far from where gold was originally discovered in California. We plan to retire to this flat in the not-too-distant future.

Hi Jeff, Im just writing to say that we truly emjoyed starying at your flat at 159 Noe. The pictures on the website do not do it justice! It is so beautifully decorated and it was wonderful to cook in such a well equipped kitchecn. It was a pleasure to come "home" to after a day out and about in SF. We definitely hope to stay at you place in the near future and will recommend it to all of our friends and family who come to visit your fabulous city!

Wow, what a great space! It was such a pleasure to unwind after a hard day of being tourists in either your living room with fireplace to read and or chat or in the great room with that fabulous TV. The neighborhood is so pleasant and friendly, we really felt at home. We'll tell our friends and we'll be back. By the way, this was the cleanest vacation rental we've ever stayed in.
