This private modern mountain home was newly built in 2004, and is snuggled between the beautiful landscapes of Mount Cardigan and Newfound Lake, in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. This property is located on a private mountain road and sits on 2.5 acres and is just 2 hours from Boston and 1 Hour from Manchester.

From skiing, snowmobiling, golfing to hiking and outlet shopping, there is something for everyone only minutes away. Wellington State Park with its beautiful beaches on New Found Lake are within 2 to 3 miles. Snowmobilers who dream of plentiful trails packed with scenic views that run along the main state corridors 8, 11 & 24 will not be disappointed with this ideal on-trail location.

This is a great family getaway for those looking for a cozy, private retreat OR those who want to explore all of the majestic beauty & recreation that NH has to offer.

  • It was an all girls vaca away from the males. We had a blast! We practically stayed the whole time in because the house is equipped with everything you need possible. The kitchen had everything you needed even when you thought you had forgot something it was there. The large kithen table was able to fit all of us comfotable to entertain our selves with girls talks and laughter.The rooms were spaces and decorated beautifully. Even thought we had lots of snow, some of us took hikes and enjoyed the beautiful veiws around us.This place makes you feel like your home even though you know your on vacation!

  • This house is in a great location. It is very remote, private, and peaceful, but only a few miles from downtown Bristol with lots of restaurants, and only 3 miles from the state park. I was there in June, and there is plenty to do in the area. A great get away from the city! Also, the house was very clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked with things you might need (e.g. sheets, towels, laundry detergent, movies, kitchen supplies, even bug spray!)

  • Fabulous location to get away from it all! Relaxing, private, and comfortable. We had a great time trying out local restaurants and bars. Shopping in Merideth and at the outlets is excellent too. Definitely recommend... two thumbs up.

  • What an amazing vacation spot! This house is perfect for any type of get-away, during all seasons. We were lucky enough to be there in the fall and started every morning relaxing on the deck and enjoying the foliage. I can't wait to go back to ski and enjoy the lake. This house and location provided everything we wanted: a comfortable layout so we could relax inside and plenty to do when we wanted to venture out. I would highly recommend staying here!
