The house is new. Construction was completed in September 2007. The decor is bright and cheerful...perfect for putting one in vacation mode. The warm, cozy atmosphere makes relaxing and unwinding a must.
It has a covered porch to sit on and enjoy the warm nights. It is built on stilts and allows parking for 2-3 cars. A private outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a long day at the beach. It is the perfect vacation spot for couples or small families.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Peak Season .. $1200 per week. Renters are required to clean the unit
before departure and someone will walk through and confirm that it has
been done. No golf cart included. $200 security deposit required with
reservation and balance of rent due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Week run from Sat. to Sat. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and
check-out is 11:00 a.m. Non-peak weeks rent for $650 per week plus the
security deposit. Security deposits will be refunded when the
unit is cleaned and we are informed that nothing was broken or damaged.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
