The house is new. Construction was completed in September 2007. The decor is bright and cheerful...perfect for putting one in vacation mode. The warm, cozy atmosphere makes relaxing and unwinding a must.
It has a covered porch to sit on and enjoy the warm nights. It is built on stilts and allows parking for 2-3 cars. A private outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a long day at the beach. It is the perfect vacation spot for couples or small families.
Peak Season .. $1450/week. This includes exit cleaning fee. Renters
will need to load and start dishwasher and take out trash. All other cleaning
will be done for you. $300 security deposit required with reservation
along with half the rent. Balance of rent due 30 days prior to arrival
date. Week run from Sat. to Sat. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and
check-out is 11:00 a.m. Non-peak weeks rent for $850 which also
includes cleaning fees. Security deposits will be refunded when the
unit is cleaned and we are informed that nothing was broken or damaged.
