It has a covered porch to sit on and enjoy the warm nights. It is built on stilts and allows parking for 2-3 cars. A private outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a long day at the beach. It is the perfect vacation spot for couples or small families.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Peak Season .. $1300 per week. Renters are required to clean the unit
before departure and someone will walk through and confirm that it has
been done. No golf cart included. $200 security deposit required with
reservation and balance of rent due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Week run from Sat. to Sat. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and
check-out is 11:00 a.m. Contact owner for Non-peak rent rates (Labor Day-Easter).
Security deposits will be refunded when the
unit is cleaned and we are informed that nothing was broken or damaged.

We had a wonderful stay here the house was very nice and well maintained. The owner is great to work with and very friendly. We look forward to staying here again. We highly recommend staying here.
