We just returned from a Christmas Vacation at VLE. Everything was better than we could of imagined. The condo was in a perfect location with great views of the ocean. The condo itself is just beautiful and the perfect size too (we rented the 2 bedroom unit). We loved the beach, the pool, and the poolside restaurant with great guac and chips and wonderful people working at the resort. The fitness room and the Spa were first class! All we can say is that we would rent again from Bill. A huge bonus is the town Bucerias only a 10 minute drive or 30 minute walk on the beach is full of great restaurants and friendly people. The concierge at VLE will book anything for you too. Don't hesitate book today for your next vacation.

This is our third year in a row at VRE and our second consecutive stay at Bill's villa. Our experience was no less than expected! VRE's service is still wonderful, the facility is maintained to the highest expectations. My husband and had a last minute trip cancelled, due to weather. Bill was able to rent his villa to us only days before our arrival. He just always gives us wonderful, professional treatment and we will be back again for sure!!!

My husband and I have stayed at VLE two years in a row. The first year was for our Wedding and we asked 40 of our closest friends and family to join us there. VLE is THE classiest resort we've stayed at in Nuevo Vallarta. This condo in particular has a great view that over looks the pool and ocean. You cannot ask for better accommodations. I continue to look forward to our next get-away at VLE.

Super nice resort. It's not a huge resort, which was great for the large group we had. Everything was very convenient. The condos were so nice and everyone was pleased with their rooms. If you are travelling with family this is a great place to stay! Loved the beach and the pool! Never had a problem finding a chair!!

La Villa Estancia is an amazing property. It sits right there on the ocean front in Nuevo Vallarta. Its beaches are very private and not infested with time share pushers. I have stayed in room 1403 twice. It is perfectly situated for viewing stunning evening sunsets from its private balcony, which also gets complete shade in the morning...making for a perfect spot to eat breakfast. It is on the 4th floor, just above the tops of the palm trees that surround the pool. Your low enough to feel part of the resort, but high enough to have a good view of the ocean. Room 1403 is versatile. If you have a couple of friends that you can vacation with, renting out the entire thing makes sense. The whole thing is about 2000 square feet and includes a high-end kitchen area, dining table, living room with HDTV, and huge sliding glass door out to an amazing balcony. The balcony has a table, a couple of lounge chairs, and a Weber gas grill (sorry purists, no charcoal). If your party is just one or two people, choose 1403-A (which includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, etc) if you like to have space to spend quiet evenings lounging in paradise. If you are the type that is always out and about and need just the room, go for 1403-B. It should be noted that 'just a room' has two queen beds, spacious closets, a private section of the huge balcony, HDTV, and a huge bathroom. And it should also be noted that pretty much the whole place is made out of expensive rock (marble?). The pool area is perfect. Palm trees, lounge chairs in shallow water, hot tubs, ocean view, etc. Service is relaxed. Ask for your check ahead of time. And you may have to whistle at somebody to get a boat drink...but you will get it...and it will be good. The spa is great too. I had a very manly body scrub and 85 minute massage for the sake of research....and would recommend it for those men that are into that sort of thing. This is a great place to unwind.

The resort is now completely done so there is no longer any construction noise. Just the sound of the ocean waves and fountains in the pool.

Hi Bill, Maria and I enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo. What a pleasure it was to be away from the crowds. We felt as if we had the place to ourselves. Your unit is lovely and very comfortable. The groceries you provided when we arrived were a thoughtful and welcome touch. Everyone at the resort was very friendly and professional. We said many times during our stay that it would be great to return with the rest of the family. Your binder with the restaurant information was helpful and an interesting read. The paperbacks and games in the unit were also appreciated. We had a brief problem with the electricity during our stay. The wall plugs in the bedroom stopped working. The fuse/breaker box was fine. The electrician said the problem was above somewhere, I think he meant the roof. The construction noise is tolerable, but the quiet when they finish is heavenly. As a property owner you may (or may not) want to address the literally hundreds of beach crabs burrowing under and around the beach chairs. I don't know if they are always there or only after it rains. They would likely frighten many who are unfamiliar with beach life. We hope we can rent your unit again in the future and look forward to our return.
