Welcome to Millions of Beaches, our relaxing getaway in Old Florida Village in Santa Rosa Beach! This neighborhood is on the north side of Scenic Hwy. 30-A - just a short walk to the beach. Or you can drive or ride a bike to the beach access. Old Florida Village is a new Seaside style quaint neighborhood of just 75 colorful cottage style homes on a quiet dead end lane on the north side of 30A. Beach access is about 500 yards.
Millions of Beaches is situated directly across the street from one of the two community pools and is a short walk to the public beach access which offers a picnic area and clean restrooms. Destin Commons Outlet Mall is a short drive away and Destin offers a great selection of restaurants and activities for the kids.
Our house features 3 bedrooms, one on the first floor and 2 on the second floor, and sleeps 6-8 adults comfortably. Upstairs in the loft there is a loft bed and a pullout sleeper sofa that makes a perfect place for the kids to hang out.
If you have a larger group you can rent our other houses in the neighborhood, Beach Schnapps and the Coast Office. With those house we can accomodate up to 30 people comfortably -great for family reunions!
The scenic 30-A corridor that we are located on provides nature trails, bike paths, state parks and numerous quaint shops and villages to explore. Come enjoy a relaxing vacation in our lovely beach home. We would love to have you as our guests.

Why the Owner Chose Old Florida Village
The houses in Old Florida Village are close enough to the beach where you can enjoy the beach without the prohibitive cost being directly on the water, that way we are able to rent the house for a reasonable rate. The neighborhood sits between two state parks so there is not any over-development and the headaches that come with overcrowded areas. Seaside amenities without Seaside congestion.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The pool being right across the street is very convenient. I like sitting on one of the decks and enjoying the view of the lake. Also having a designated kid area in the house -the loft- gives the in-house separation that both kids and adults enjoy.

GREAT PLACE to stay....Great Neigborhood....Very spacious house with all amenities...Perfect location directly across from pool! House is always clean and always has enough dishes, bath towels, etc....We stay here a couple of times a year, and try to reserve it everytime we go to the beach now!
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.
