My owners one bedroom, one bath condominium offers a lush Hawaiian tropical view from the living room and lanai of the condo that overlooks the pool and garden area. Kalama Terrace is located in a quiet residential area with two beaches (Kamaole I and Charlie Young) just a 3 minute walk from your door. Kamaole I and Charlie Young beaches are great for swimming and snorkeling. Kalama Terrace is close to all sorts of activities. An assortment of restaurants are nearby ranging from sandwich shops to fine dining ...... all within a 5 - 10 min walk from your unit. Even a movie theater is within a 15 minutes walk from the condo. The ocean will be just about beside you as you walk, so be careful ..... you may just walk right past where you are going.

All Kalama Terrace units have a shared washer & dryer facility. One is located at the bottom of the stairs near this unit. Free parking and your own private space is provided near the unit.

My husband and I decided to go to Hawaii for our dream vacation and chose a vacation rental rather than a hotel. We stayed for a week at this condo in Kalama Terrace and what a great location it turned out to be. It has easy access to the beach and we could walk to a lot of places. We enjoyed cooking and having breakfast and dinner on the lanai. And, we enjoyed eating at some local restaurants such as Cafe O'Lei. The internet access was also a big plus. The condo is very reasonably priced to make one's dream vacation a reality. I would come again and recommend this place to my friends.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This was a nice clean condo close to the best beaches to snorkel, learn to surf and just tan!! It was quiet and good if you don't rent a vehicle. It's close to many shops.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo with our 2 young children. It was clean and comfortable and an easy walk to the best beaches for kids. We'd stay here again, and recommend it to all who ask!
