Just imagine waking up to see the beautiful ocean view, and driving with a golf-cart to the point and viewing the sunset with a glass of wine. Our townhome is conveniently located inside John Pennekamp Reef State Park, which means you are minutes away from the best tropical reefs in North America. Enjoy a dip in our salt water lagoon, heated pool, play tennis, launch your boat in our marina, bathe in our private beach, fish from our jetty or snorkel right off the beach. Your kids will also enjoy our kids playground, tennis courts and other ammenities. You can do it all in our Key Largo Ocean front Paradise.
Enjoy spectacular views right from your own balcony. This townhome is very nicely furnished as it our personal vacation home for some time. The kitchen has brand new wooden cabinets with beautiful BLUE granite countertop and top-of-the line appliances. Each bedroom is very nicely furnished, each with new matresses and memory foam tops for your comfort. Besides a very cold A/C, Cable TV and WI-FI, each room has a TV, dvd player and ceiling fans, for those who prefer to sleep in. Be sure to stop at the local restaurants to sample excellent Florida Keys Seafood.

We have been in Kawama close to 20 years. We have two boys, which grew up there and have very fond memories. We have all enjoyed our home away from home. A little bit of paradise. It is a safe place and peaceful place to vacation.

It was everything and more than advertised. The property was very clean and well kept. The pictures don't do the view justice. We could have just sat on the balcony and watched the ocean and boats all day. It was so beautiful. I didn't believe the comments about the beds but they were wonderful. The owner was awesome to work with and always responded promptly to my questions. The only downfall was the sunset was behind the unit, so we would take the golf cart to the point and watch the sunset. We did have the sunrise out front. May have just been the time of year we were there. But still a wonderful place with every amenity possible.

This is our 2nd visit at your condo! We really love it. Your decorationsand furniture makes this place feel like home. We have been coming to Key Largo since the 70's, as children. We are now bringing our children here. We have made a lot of Great memories here. Thank you,

Villa #6 at Kawama Yacht Club was a Wonderful "Find" for our party. I spent many hours looking at dozens and dozens of rental units for our week-long tetaway. We chose your unit and it was everything it was advertised to be and more.
