Sliding glass French door opens out to sunny deck with chairs, and outdoor grilling area with large Weber gas grill. A large private yard is surrounded with 6' lattice-topped fencing and gardens. There is a blue stone patio with outdoor table, chairs and umbrella, surrounded by herb and perennial gardens.
The front and side yards of the cottage are edged by classic Edgartown picket fencing with an arbor and shell walkway leading to the front door. Lush gardens and window boxes frame this side of the home.
