  Stayed here for a week and thoroughly loved the experience. Everything you need in a condo. The master bedroom and bath are spacious and lovely. The secondary bedroom is not attached to the bathroom so that one is much less private. The kitchen was fully stocked and getting to use the provided beach chairs was super nice. Washing machine and dryer worked great. The owner was excellent to book with...very prompt and would gladly do business with her again in the future. Location is prime at the Wharf. Bike rentals are cheap at the Baytowne Marina.

  This is a fantastic condo with a lot of room! I love the layout. Everything is very well appointed. There is a very private balcony with a beautiful view of the bay. The location of the condo is so convenient - just a brief (and beautiful) stroll to the village and it's right by the pool. We bought groceries so that we didn't have to eat out for every meal which was a great way to save money. We had all the cooking supplies we needed - even for a huge breakfast one morning and gourmet pasta dinner one night. The location also allows for a very quick and easy drive to 30A (Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach). I found it all to be perfection. Everything was just as we were advised as well. We will be back!!

  We just returned from our trip to Sandestin and it was wonderful! The condo fit our needs perfectly and have nothing but good things to say about it. The sunsets on the patio were great and the unit was close to everything we needed. Denise was a pleasure to work with and would not hesitate to return! Thanks for a great stay!

  Our family travels to Sandestin every spring break. We had a really nice time this year and a great experience renting from this owner. Very nice condo, great view of the bay and close to the action of the village. Hope to rent from you again.

  This condo was perfect for my busy family. My husbands golfed every day and we enjoyed the beach, kayaking, and Baytowne every night. I cant wait to come back to our new second home at San Destin.

  This is an awesome unit. Clean, nicely furnished, private deck that overlooks the bay with sounds from the village. Convenient to everything in the village, and the marina. Highly recommend.

  Our stay and experience at this property was excellent!! Everything went as promised and the condo is beautiful. We enjoyed the liveliness and convenience of the village and all the restaurants. I highly recommend renting a golf cart. It sure made it convenient to go to the beach, joy ride or just go to the grocery.

  We loved the condo, plenty of room for the whole family. We were there for a convention, but found plenty of other things to do in the Baytowne area. Everything was just a short walk away. The condo was clean and just perfect for all of our needs. Hope to come back soon.
