This unit has one of the few private underground parking spaces and it is just 3 stalls away from the elevator. This is wonderful during one of the occassional down-pours.
Making this condo truly sublime is the seaside inspired, professionally decorated interiors, a sun splashed balcony overlooking the infinity edge pool, a gourmet kitchen with furniture grade cabinetry, Corian counters and stainless steel appliances plus tile floors throughout the living areas. The living room includes a 46" flat panel tv mounted to the wall with high definition programming and a dvd player! The master bedroom also has a wall mounted flat screen. And, even the bunk room has a TV/DVD combo for the kids.
Revel in the spacious Master Suite with King sized bed, another large flat panel tv/dvd and a private Master Bath. A bunk room has its own closet, tv/dvd and a guest bathroom with shower! 6 sleep comfortably including the sleeper sofa with a comfort mattress -- no bar breaking your back.

Why the Owner Chose Beach Resort
We bought this condo because it is a low-rise with onlly 64 units. We absolutely never wanted to be in building that was 20 stories high and the pool/beach were just jammed. We also bought this unit because it is a new, beautiful, BIG unit that was located directly across from the Gulf. You can see the water from our balcony. Last, you will never see a place with a pool like ours -- an upper pool that spills to the lower, zero-entry, pool. Children just love the lower pool and the mushroom fountain.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo is extremely nicely appointed. We have a 42" flat screen in the living room and another in the bedroom. The bunk room also has a TV/DVD for the kids to watch. And having 2 bathrooms is like heaven when everyone is getting dressed. Our king bed is a wonderful pillow-top and our sofa sleeper has an extra thick mattress so nothing is poking you in the back. We tried to take many steps to make the place just a little nicer than all the others. We have an underground parking space -- which only 30 or the 64 units have. That is wonderful when you arrive or depart in downpour -- and our space is just 3 from the elevator.
Last, we have had the nicest, most respectful renters. Everything looks new and beautiful. Our thanks to those who throw a sheet on the sofa so the kids do not get sun lotion on it. You are the best!

We are from a suburb of Chicago that is on the Indiana side of the state line. Started coming to Destin about 5 years ago and fell in love with the area. We are edging towards retirement along with the other millions of baby-boomers. Can you image what it will be like when the largest generation is all senior citizens and retired?

We loved the condo!! Very clean, homey feeling and the Decor -- well done! Everything is close in vicinity and the pool was Perfect, always warm! We can't wait to come back Next year and the years to follow!

We've been coming to Destin for several years and this is the nicest condo that we've stayed in. This one bedroom is bigger than some of the two bedroom places we've stayed. It is definitely well appointed and decorated. The location on scenic gulf drive is excellent but the best part about Beach Resort has been the pool. The kids LOVE it!. Our little ones love the zero entry pool. The only downside is that the beach access is down the street a bit. Made it a little hard on the pack mule (me) but that won't keep me from coming back. Overall an excellent place to stay.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

The kids absolutely loved the pool ( so did the adults) and we were very thankful we did have it heated, even though we had really nice weather while we were there. This is definitely a home away from home. The photos accurately reflect the property's apearance and amenities. Very clean and well-maintained home/property. The owner and property manager were very helpful in answering all our questions. We were 2 couples sharing the rental and we found it great; lots of room and privacy for each couple. Only the master bedroom has a dresser though, so it was a bit of an inconvenience for the other couple. As a suggestion, perhaps the TV and stand could be replaced with a dresser in the 2nd master bedroom. The BBQ we rented was a bit of a disappointment because it had only one burner and no racks. We managed alright though. The lanai/pool area is just beautiful! Lots of room. Although we did arrange to have the pool heated for 2-weeks, the cost is pretty high. We feel we could have made alot more use of the pool (without paying for heating) if it came equipped with a solar blanket. Regardless, we had a wonderful time and had great weather the whole time we were there. We would definitely rent this property again.

This is the best condo that I have ever stayed at in Destin or in Beach Resort itself. The owners have gone out of their way to make everything wonderful. The mattress in the master is just luxury and the sofa bed is like none I have ever laid on. The bunk room is private and there is even a TV and DVD in their for the kids. And, 2 bathrooms is wonderful. The kitchen has everything and no shortage of pots, pans, silverware, etc. Plus having beach service every day for free was great and the underground parking is really a plus. Not all units in this building have that -- most must park outside. Beach Resort is small -- maybe 50 units but the pools are like those you would expect in a high-rise. The kids loved the zero entry pool and the mushroom. You will not go wrong staying in this pretty new building and you definelty will love condo #204!
