This was my personal residence before empty nest syndrome. Now I like to travel and have a smaller place. I bought it because Laguna Beach is like my hometown on Cape Cod~small, quaint, and charming. My BS degree is in hospitality from UMass.

The most obvious, besides the luxurious amenities, is the serentiy of listening and watching the waves crash and the privacy. Each and every panoramic sunset is different, and changes drastically within minutes.

Outstanding location, 3 minute walk from the beach. The round house is beautifully furnished and generously equipped with linens, towels and dishware. Being in the house is as relaxing as being across the street, on the sand. The round house is our "family favorite".
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Round House and highly recommend it to others. We echo the comments made by earlier guests in their description of this architecturally unique, well appointed home with breathtaking views. Making the rental arrangements with the owner was also a pleasant experience. The entire transaction was handled very professionally and our security deposit was returned in a timely manner. The only thing that would have made our experience more enjoyable was being able to stay longer.

Beautiful and breathtaking. Our stay at The Round House was like no other. Every amenity is at your fingertips. Charm, class and gracious hospitality are the order of the day from your delightful hostess. Can you say, "Room with a view?" Every inch of the impecably-manicured property is a showcase of natures majestic beauty. This a place where life-long memories will be made and cherished.

"WOW", is all I can say! This home is a one if a kind property with a fantastic location, well designed and beautiful appointments. You will not regret the visit, you will just hate to leave! Gorgeous inside and out, with forever views. Loved having the elevator and all the amenities! A true getaway that feels like home!

I have stayed at the Round House and it is opulence at it's best. Plush, gorgeous furnishings, comfortable beds, and everything is first class. Very unique circular open floorplan.The views are to die for, elevated high over the ocean, about 75yards away.

The week I spent at the "round house" was quite frankly one of the most pleasurable experiences I've ever had. From the baby grand piano to the utterly stunning panaramic views on each level of this masterpiece. Loved it so much and hope to find a week next year to do it again !
