Everything was 'as advertised'. The condo is lovely - decorated nicely and very comfortable. All the comforts of home are there. The owner was easy to work with and was very helpful. The gulf view is marvelous - the sounds, smells and sights can't be beat. My favorite memory was laying in bed watching the sun come up over the water. Being the off-season, there wasn't a whole lot going on at the beach - I actually prefer the less frenetic pace. Did a lot of walking on the beach and through the residential area. Favorite restaurant was Peg Leg Pete's - the fried crab claws are excellent. Flounder's is also very good. We also ordered a pizza from Poppa's and it was delicious. Be sure to go to Fort Pickens and explore. If you go into Pensacola, visit the Naval Air Museum (free admission), and eat at McGuires Irish Pub. We will definitely be renting this unit again!

This is such an awesome condo! Being right on the beach is such a plus. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the water, listening to the waves. We had a great time, though it was way too short! Will definitely recommend and stay again!

We couldn't have asked for a better 4 days at the beach. The condo offered everything we needed as well as a perfect view of the beach. The owner was very easy to deal with and was kind enough to give us a call when we arrived! We will certainly be coming back for another visit to Pensacola Beach.

A very lovely place with all the amenities. Beautiful view from the balcony. The kitchen was well equiped. Very nicely kept! Two bathrooms is a plus! Easy access to Pensacola and the Naval Air Station. We great weather, and had wonderful views of sunsets and sunrises from the balcony. Only thing negative is the first time finding it is a bit confussing, but once there, it is easy to get back to. But this negative becomes a positive, because there is very litle traffic around the condo. I would recommend taking the drive out to Fort Pickens. The price you pay gives you access for a week. A lot to see there. We viewed one sunset there and it was beautiful! Then stuck around for the pensacola light house to come on. Also, if you have not seen it, go see the Naval Air Museum on the NAS. And, the pensacola lighthouse is now open, and you can walk to the top. Great view of Pensacola, the NAS, and Fort Pickens. I will be going back!!

Lovely unit, DIRECTLY on beach. What a beautiful, unobstructed view. We appreciated the privacy of the unit and how quiet and peaceful it was - definitely not your big, bustling high rise. Though the Villas on the Gulf complex is large, there are only 2 buildings directly on the beach facing the gulf, each with only 8 units (2 stories tall). It was so nice to not have a pool underneath you and kids constantly yelling. Instead, open the balcony door and bedroom window, and listen to the waves crashing all day and night. The unit was also beautifully decorated. The owner is extremely friendly and accomodating. We didn't want to leave, and can't wait to come back.

This place has everything......perfect view and clean living areas. We had no problems and the owner was great to work with....just be respectful and she will accommodate! BTW, you can see the dolphins and stingrays every morning from the balcony. We loved it :) Thanks again.
