We've been staying at Waterscape for the past few years, but it a different unit. This unit is so much nicer and with a wonderful view of the pool and beach. It's decorated beautifully, yet no fragile pieces to worry about (especially when you have little kids in tow). The owner, Casey, was so accommodating to our vacation schedule and was pleasure to work with. We love staying at Waterscape and now this is the unit we'll rent from now on!
Recommended for:Families with young children.

I don't have even half of a complaint about this property. The room was immaculate. My husband is a U.S. Marine and we stayed here for a week while he was home for R&R from Iraq, in August of 2009. The owners are amazing people. We felt completely at home and didn't want to leave at the end of the week. The pool is gorgeous, the beach is gorgeous, the view from the room is gorgeous (and the sun hits you at all the right times based on the angle of the room!) It's right across the street from The Old Bay Steamer. Great restaurant. We've been staying in Fort Walton since about the year 2000 and this is now our go-to property! Can't say enough good things. My husband went back to Iraq completely rested. STAY HERE! That's all I can say. God Bless!

We had a great time at Waterscape and the cond was magnificient. All the you see int he pictures was great. The view is incredible. Pools, amenities, and the locations was great.

This place is GREAT! Both this particular unit and the resort itself were PERFECT. Service at on site restaurant in the pool area (not going to mention names) was deplorable. McGwire's Irish Pub is a GREAT place to eat. Italian place next store to McGwire's is GREAT as well. FREE on site DVD Rental is nice. This unit at Waterscapes was well worth the money. Unit had a very minor maintenance need while I was there and the matter was addressed within 10 minutes along with a follow up call shortly thereafter to confirm the maintenance visit went well. Owner of this unit is very responsive and very professional. I am impressed and I do not impress easily. I give this place a 10!

We were in town for a cheerleading competition and only got to stay in this property for a weekend, we were wishing for longer. From the moment we walked in it was all the pictures suggest and more. We had some friend stop by who were staying up the road and they couldn't believe how nice the condo and the grounds were for the money. We can't wait to come back again and book for a week. Only downfalls I would say was since we were only staying two nights and there is 3 bathrooms I didn't think I would need to bring toilet paper, but there was only 1/4 roll of paper in one of the bathrooms, so make sure you bring toilet paper. Owner was very easy to work with as were all the staff on sight. Asked for a later checkout and they did give me till 12pm since no one was coming in behind me.
