Stay in our home during your Coronado vacation and experience the 1930's charming Spanish architecture. Inside, the house has been renovated to meet modern demands with a full gourmet kitchen with Subzero and Viking appliances and travertine flooring throughout.
The front garden is fully fenced with bamboo and surrounded by landscaping, there is also a stone fountain with enough sitting to enjoy summer with friends and admire the sunset.
There is also a back private courtyard with another stone fountain to enjoy the morning sun. Every room has a fan and plenty of french doors to let the beautiful Coronado weather in.
The house is located 2 blocks from the San Diego Bay and 5 minute driving distance to the Del Coronado Hotel, there are several restaurants within walking distance as well as some smaller beaches and a natural foods market.

11 years ago we came to Coronado to visit and never left. Our kids then 3 and 8 loved the beach and we loved everything else.
I also love the warm summer evenings which remind me of my old home in Bolivia, we usually take advantage to travel in the summer months as it is one of our favorites things to do.

The Coronado beaches have been named of the top three beaches in the US and you will see why, the soft sand, plenty of lifeguards always vigilant and proximity to one of the best hotels in the world Hotel Del Coronado.
For kids this is a great place to vacation, the world class San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Legoland, and Disneyland are some of the top attractions. For adults great dining in Coronado as the beautiful city of La Jolla where kids can see the seals close up.
Our house is located within walking distance to the Bay side of Coronado, where you will find sandy beaches, ferry to San Diego great restaurants and beautiful Tidelands park for the kids. You can also rent kayaks and jet skies at the Marriott Hotel pier.
