The extraordinary layout of Villa Yak'Alil allows you to enjoy the superb sunset views over the Caribbean from 4 of the bedrooms, two large decks, the dining as well as living area and a huge sitting area on the second floor. This luxurious 5 BR, 4.5 BA Villa is extraordinary spacious and accommodates up to 16 guests. Enjoy the secluded beach with beautiful snorkeling grounds or use the onsite kayaks to go snorkeling, exercising or just relaxing on the blue ocean in front of your house. Or get picked up by a dive boat at your own beach. After enjoying your favorite water sport, you can shower and wash your gear in the outside divers' room. And to give you a maximum of time for all these vacation joys, we provide complete maid service six days a week. The two caretakers - with basic knowledge of English - reside on the premises. Painted in the warm colors of the Mexican summer, and decorated with Mexican rustic furniture, and tropical decor, this vacation home invites you to feel at home and relax. Enjoy meals overlooking the ocean at the dining table which seats 10 people comfortably, with additional dining space on the screened porch and at the kitchen counter. The first bedroom, located on the first floor, has a king size bed and an in-suite bathroom. It has a large sitting area and direct access to the deck overlooking the pool. The second bedroom, located on the second floor, is a suite with an in-suite bathroom. The room is very spacious, offering two Queen-size beds and a comfortable sitting area overlooking the ocean. The third bedroom, located on the second floor, is a master-suite, consisting of two rooms and an in-suite bathroom. The first room is very spacious, offering one King-size bed and one Queen-size bed and a comfortable seating area overlooking the ocean. The second room, located between the first room and the bathroom, has 2 extra beds, turning this bedroom into a master suite which can comfortably sleep a whole family. The fourth bathroom, located on the third floor, has its own sitting area and in-suite bathroom. It has direct access to a 360 degree panoramic ocean view rooftop terrace. The fifth bedroom, located on the first floor, has a Queen-size bed. It is a more compact, simpler room, with a large window looking at the courtyard and mangrove entrance. Two full size futon sofa beds are located in the second floor lounge.
