Great location, beautiful house, amazing trip!

We spent 9 nights here with 2 familes, each with a 2 year old. The house was perfect! It is literally across the street from Kailua Beach Park, easy walk with the kids to the park/beach and a short drive to grocery store for supplies. The two master suites were great so both set of adults had there own space, perfect house to share with a couple of small families. One downfall was the AC in the upstairs master leaked resulting in us not using it for 2 nights. I would expect a nice house like this to have a fully functioning unit, preferably AC throughout the house, but other than that the house was great. The lanai and pool were great for the kids, and plenty of relaxation for the adults when the kids were sleeping. Overall an amazing experience, would definitely return and rent this place again!

Wonderful home with which to enjoy Kailua.

We recently returned from our week in paradise and can't say enough about the time we enjoyed. The house itself is beautiful and well appointed. The pool was perfect for our three boys and grandparents staying with us and the proximity to Kailua beach was outstanding! Because our boys are still young, we didn't want to eat out a lot. That meant we cooked most meals at home and never did we need something that wasn't provided. Much thought was put into stocking the home with necessities from they selection of food prep items all the way to providing laundry detergent. I just can't say enough about how much we loved our stay. Our kids were also so excited to find pool and beach toys. As parents we were excited too as that meant we didn't need to buy those things just to leave behind on our departure. The only slightly negative thing I could say about the home was that only the two master bedrooms had air conditioning during the night. Having three young boys going to sleep earlier than the adults usually meant they were going to sleep before things had cooled off from the day--even though there was wonderful air circulation due to the well-placed windows, it was still warm. We did acclimate I am happy to say, so truly it isn't a big criticism, but something we will be aware of in the future. Overall, we would return to this home without hesitation. It truly provided a great base for all our beach adventures and we loved our time here.

Our stay at the house was fantastic. The house is well located close to the beach (2 min walk) and only a 5 min drive to the local town center. The owner met us at the house and gave us a run down on local activities, shopping, house amenities, etc which was nice to see a host care about his guests and take the time. The house is only 4 years old and is in very good condition and is in a gated community, which was nice with our young children running around. Everything was set up and ready to go for us including all lights on, pool cleaned, keys in the rights places, towels and linen all prepped and a nice fresh welcome basket with some good local goodies. Buzz'z steak house is only a 2 min walk and is a must visit to have some Poke and as many Mai Tai's as they will allow!!! We really enjoyed our long stay and would go back to visit with our family anytime.

We've stayed in Kailua on one other occasion and during our first visit we learned a lot about the area and determined the best place to stay for our next trip. We found it in here. The house turned out to be simply amazing and met or exceeded all of our requirements. 1) Beach access -- It's hard to get closer to the beach than this. It's basically right across the street. Kailua Beach Park is one of the nicest beach parks on Oahu 2) Pool -- The pool was great with the kids and for cooling off after a day of golf or hiking. 3) High End Ammenities -- The house is brand new and completely buffed out. Granite counters, travertine floor, high end artwork, high ceilings, air conditioning (this was a big plus) premo lanai, plush landscaping, custom furniture, outdoor shower, 5 star kitchen and bathrooms (huge walk-in showers), big flat screen TV, and even an indoor/outdoor stereo.
