Our home is located walking distance to the Village of La Quinta, a quaint village with shops, cafes, restaurants, recreation center and a live theatre!
The Unique Benefits at this House
The top golf courses (of which there are many) are only a 10 minute drive from our home, the scenery is breath taking and the people are friendly! When we are not golfing, we are either riding our bikes (bike lanes are every where for safety) or walking to the Village for a Latte.

Anne, David, Robert and Suzanne are owners of this lovely vacation home. Anne and Suzanne's parents retired across the street from each other in Florida and we have decided to carry on the tradition (some what modified)!
Anne and David are Chartered Accountants and run their own business in Vancouver, B.C.
Robert is a Vice-President of Sales for a large International Electronic Wholesaler. Suzanne is a realtor for Prudential Sussex Realty in West Vancouver, B.C.
We are both active in sports year round, strive to be good citizens, volunteer in fund raising for different charities and very dedicated to our family and work .
We cherish our "down time" in La Quinta and hope that you will treat our home as your would yours.

My family and I recently stayed at this La Quinta home from December 28 - January 04, 2012. There were 8 of us meeting up for the Christmas holidays and this house was perfect for us. The pool was fantastic and my 8-year old daughter spent hours every day in the pool! The weather during our stay was warmer than usual with temperatures at about 80 degrees every day! It was fabulous! Having the gated community made you feel safe and the space in the house was ideal. Suzanne was great to deal with and she made sure we had everything we needed. It was great to buy groceries at the store that was so close and all the shops and restaurants are so convenient. The beds were very comfortable and we had all the comforts of home. Our whole family enjoyed going to the local "Beer Hunter" to watch our Canadian junior team play in the World Junior Cup over the holidays! So close to be able to take cab home again. We definitely felt like the house was our home for a week. We are looking at spending our next Christmas vacation there again next year that we were so pleased with the location. Thanks Suzanne!

We had a great time, and we loved the house in Lake La Quinta. The overall setting is beautiful, and we thought the house was fantastic and had more space than we needed. So much better than a small hotel or resort room, and at a reasonable price. It was very well cared for, and overall, the house was very clean. The pool and hot tub were great, and our kids (14 and 12) enjoyed it immensely. The location is perfect, and was in walking distance to shopping and restaurants, but because of the gated community, we felt like we were in a private, luxurious resort. We appreciate all the very well laid-out instructions which made our vacation hassle free. I would definitely recommend this place for families, and we will hopefully be back soon. Mike

My wife and I and our three adult children (and their spouses) spent a great week in this house during Thanksgiving week. The house is absolutle great for eight people. It has all the privacy neeeded and is completely stocked for a comfortable stay. We would definately stay there again.
