The ocean view from this wonderful home is just like being on a ship on the ocean; so we have named our beautiful new condo "View from the Bridge" !!
If you are looking to rent at the Pointe at Moore's Inlet, this is one of the premium units. Most of the condos have windows only in the front and rear, with the rear windows overlooking a walkway. This is the penthouse corner unit with a much more private entry and windows galore!

Beautiful building new in 2008, with secured entry, 3 hi speed elevators, heated pool, hot tub, sun deck and fitness room. Storage for bikes and beach gear, covered assigned parking for 1 car, additional parking for second car.
This penthouse condo has a first floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, large kitchen and huge living and dining area opening to an oceanfront deck. The second floor has an additional master suite with bedroom, bath and private deck. All designer furnishings! Living room has a large Flat Screen TV, and each bedroom also has a TV and ceiling fan.
You enter this beautiful home through the a ceramic tile foyer, which has a double closet. Two bright and sunny family bedrooms, each with water and city views, open off the hardwood floor hall and are located across from the first full bath. The full size laundry has a fold down ironing board, so everyone can keep looking spiffy! The kitchen has a ceramic tile floor, lots of premium cabinets and work space, granite counters and eating bar, and gourmet stainless steel appliances. Included in the kitchen are a five burner gourmet gas stove with self cleaning oven and griddle, combo microwave/convection oven, large cooking pot, blender, crockpot and quick chill drawer in the side by side refrigerator for your favorite bottle of wine!
The living area is a dining section 10 feet x 14 feet with hardwood floors, beautiful carved table and chairs, and a living room 27 feet x 16 feet. North Wildwood's FREE beach for sunbathing, fishing and beachcombing is located directly in front of this building -just over the sea wall. Lifeguard beach is in walking distance down the new sea wall. Restaurants and clubs are located within easy walking distance, as well as the historic Hereford Lighthouse with its famous gardens.
Nearby attractions are the world famous Wildwood boardwalk, Victorian Cape May, Cape May Zoo (free) and the Aviation Museum. Fireworks are held in Wildwood every Friday night. From this great vacation home, you can enjoy your fishing and crabbing trips, antiquing along Route 9, beachcombing, walking and biking. Then, after your full day, come home and relax in the jacuzzi, by the pool or on your oceanfront deck. Life is good!
