This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf Side View condo. Gulf Side View in this case means that it has a narrow view of the Gulf of Mexico from the Master bedroom as well as the balcony. The Master bedroom contains a King size bed, the 2nd room consists of 2 double beds, the third bedroom has 2 queen beds.

The condo has a high speed internet connection and color tvs in each bedroom and living room. There is a washer and dryer in the condominium. The Sand Dollar is located on the beach and everyone has access to the private fishing pier. No fishing license is required. There is also a heated pool, spa and barbeque facility. There are nearby places to rent Jet Ski’s and other watercraft items.
