This lovely home on 3+ acres is only available as a Summer Rental from Mid June - Labor Day. With 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 newly updated baths this home offers much for a family or a few friends who would like to share a vacation getaway in the fabulous Berkshires. There are 2 bedrooms with full size beds on the second floor that share a full bath with tub / shower combo. Another two large bedrooms, one with a full futon and the other a queen, on the main floor. Both of these bedrooms share a full bath with a jetted tub/shower combo. There is a lovely, open, floor plan with the kitchen opening to the dining room which then opens to the living room with wood stove for cooler summer evenings. The first floor also has a grand piano/music room. The second floor has an bright office with high-speed cable DSL internet. Bring your modem and the house is wireless!
The yard is large and filled with places for children to explore, with a sheep farm in full view from the back of the property! There is a patio with outdoor seating and a charcoal grill. The front looks onto a nature reserve alfalfa field with walking trails. There is a pantry, laundry room, and two car garage. Life is sweet, summering in the Berkshires.... go swimming, just down the road at the Green river or nearby Prospect Lake. Come avail yourself of it's bounty!
The Berkshires is known for its wonderful shopping, restaurants, galleries, live theater, hiking trails, swimming holes, and ski resorts. We pretty much have it all here and Great Barrington is central to all of these activities and more. Tanglewood, Jacob's Pillow as well as many wonderful museums are all within a shirt drive through the most stunning roadways in the Northeast. This home provides a wide array of cultural recommends as well as a thorough home-information packet. Come on in and relax.... You're on vacation!

$7000 per month, 12,500 for July and August, $14,000 for the season

Refundable security deposit of $750 is required.
