For individual families, EACH SIDE of the villa provides four bedrooms, four baths, which includes a readily accessible ground level efficiency complete with its own washer/dryer, making it a perfect guest suite for a nanny, in-laws, or grandparents.
For large families, annual reunions, or big groups, BOTH sides of the unit may be combined to provide sleeping accommodations for up to 24 people. The bedroom/bath arrangement in EACH UNIT allows complete privacy for up to four couples.
