For those of you who have never visited beautiful Fiddler's Creek or are not familiar with this community, make sure you are comparing apples to apples...Fiddler's Creek is a HUGE multi home community with homes ranging from the $200k's to over $3 million.
The majority of the Coach homes and villas are under $1 million, but the same rental charge may get you a $200k villa vs. a $700k coach home.

Our home is open and spacious with large rooms. You may access the oversized lanai from the living room, dining room, or master bedroom. All new furniture includes a designer iron based table with 6 chairs, sofa sectional with sleeper pullout, oversized chair and ottoman as well as additional chairs that can be added for a large group.
The morning room is complete with a loveseat, coffee table, end tables, occasional chair and armoire that includes many family oriented board games. Also, in the family room you will enjoy digital cable on our brand-new, 42-inch, high-definition, flat-screen TV with DVD player. Access our WI-FI connection from the family room or anywhere else in the condo! There is a a large desk in the family room which can be moved to any room in the house for a private workspace.
Enjoy your morning coffee and paper or evening cocktails on the lanai located directly off of your master suite featuring a spacious room with a deluxe king mattress, 500 thread count sheets and down pillows. There are plenty of throws, blankets and extra pillows for your comfort.
Large master closet, his and her vanities, and ceramic shower with separate soaker tub complete the master suite. Hair dryer also included .
There are three additional bedrooms each with a queen size bed, dresser and nightstands. Two of these bedrooms have TVs with built-in DVD players for a total of 4 TELEVISIONS AND DVD PLAYERS. We also provide a nice selection of DVD's for adults and kids as well as an armoire full of Board games for those rainy afternoons.
The kitchen has everything you need for a fantastic cooking and eating experience…Bistro table with 4 bar stools, dinnerware for 12, coffee maker, blender, electric hand mixer, bakeware, cookware, thermos for your coffee on the lanai or cold beverage on the beach, wine glasses and a set of melamine dishware, cups and bowls for the kids and too much more to list.
You will also love the huge laundry room with washer and dryer, large basin sink and iron/board. We provide cleaning supplies ,laundry detergents, 5 beach towels, sand toys for the kids, and cooler for your use during your stay. There is also a beach umbrella, 3 adult and 2 child beach chairs as well as a beach buggy to carry it all!
Our unit is just steps away from the heated, beautifully designed pool. Fiddler's Creek is also a fantastic place for biking, walking and jogging with miles of flat sidewalks. Bird watching is also very popular.

Our family has been vacationing in Naples/Marco island for 15 years. We live in Atlanta, Ga.
Why the Owner Chose Fiddler's Creek Resort
We decided to go ahead and take the ownership plunge in 2007. We considered many options including beachfront condos and single family homes on Marco Island. Our real estate agent took us by dozens of available properties before showing us Fiddler's Creek, which he intentionally saved for last.
We knew immediately, this would be our choice. We were sold the moment we saw the unbelievable Club and Spa. We have vacationed in many areas including Hawaii, the Carribean, Mexico, and Sea Island, Ga. just to mention a few, and being inside the Club with it's immaculate pools(3 of them) with waterslides, water falls, jacuzzi not to mention the lush foliage and beautiful scenery overlooking the nature preserve was all it took..the kids fell in love instantly.
There are endless social events for adults and children. For my 12, 8 and 6 year olds, they love the outdoor screen movie nights and could stay in the pools for hours on end. There are plenty of activites for adults, too including local excursions, theatre trips, special dining events, bridge clubs, tennis and so much more. You can also bring your bike as there are miles of flat road and walking sidewalks within the community.
Our home is one level, very spacious with over 2400sf. We loved the 10' ceilings and special attention to detail including the large bedrooms with fans, fantastic kitchen with corian countertops, oversized laundry room and spacious lanai.
You are just a few minutes drive to the beaches, shopping, dining, movie theatre, Starbucks and so much more. You just can't get all of this anywhere else. Come stay with us! You'll see why we love it so much!
