Enjoy your morning coffee on the dining deck (at a teak table that seats 12) and watch the boats and ferries go by. During the day you can soak up sun next to the infinity pool. A cold drink and a sunset barbecue complete the day. Your tension will disappear over night as the warm sea breeze and the sound of the waves send you off to sleep.
This elegant 2800 square foot Caribbean Style home was completed in 2008. It is located in Deck Point and overlooks Nazareth Bay. The beach and Cowpet Bay are just down the hill from the house next to the St. Thomas Yacht Club. Red Hook, with its dining, shopping, and ferry to St. John, is just around the corner.
This is a great house for a large family with grown children, or three to four couples. All bedrooms come with private bath. The two master bedrooms have their own decks and gorgeous views. Ask about the availability of the one bedroom apartment if you need additional room.

We have vacationed on St Thomas for many years and stayed at several of the nicer hotels. None of them even come close to our time at Sans Sou Sea! From the moment we arrived we fell in love with the view. The home was perfect with 4 of the bedrooms having Sea views, a gorgeous outdoor dining experience, and a pool that we literally spent hours upon hours enjoying!! The kitchen was well equipped, linens were provided, and there were even pool toys for the kids. We brought my Mom on this trip and she said it was her best vacation ever, even the kids (9 and 10) whom I thought might miss the "action" of a hotel said it was their best vacation- they loved the privacy, the pool, and the space to spread out! In addition to being such a beautiful home, the location was really ideal too....close to Red Hook, all the prettiest beaches, Coral World, and many excellent restaurants. I highly recommed staying here. Peter was a pleasure to deal with and the place was all that was promised!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

The pictures simply don't do this place justice. It is stunning inside and out and the views are breathtaking. Having rented a number of different VRBO properties, this was our best experience yet. Sparkling clean, everything worked, well-stocked kitchen, top-notch concierge (thanks BH!), quiet secluded location. Close to everything on the east end, but you may never want to leave after you step onto the back deck. Due to location, perched above the ocean, you need to be comfortable climbing steps and a relatively steep driveway. Not recommended for small kids as advertised on VRBO. Highly recommended for everyone else!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a great time here the week of New Year's 2013. The owner was very easy to work with and very responsive. The house was lovely -- private, perched maybe 100 feet above the bay below with spectacular views. (Three of the four bedrooms had great views of the bay.) The open kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dinnerware and cookware. The house is about a 5-10 minute drive to Red Hook, which has plenty of restaurants and shops. (Red Hook is touristy but pleasant, and it's where the ferry to St. John docks. If you stay here, I highly recommend making a trip to St. John's -- it's less developed than St. Thomas, so you can better experience the natural beauty.) There's a beach that's walking distance from the house (near The Elysian resort), but the better beach is Sapphire, about a 10-15 min drive. The property manager for the house was very helpful in setting us up with rides from the airport, rental cars, and a snorkeling trip. (We had a few minor miscommunications with her when interacting over email, but we got it sorted out easily enough.) As the notes describe, there's an A/C unit in each bedroom, but no central A/C. Even in January the house was occasionally a tad humid and a bit warm -- mid-70s to low 80s for us -- so expect to use the fans downstairs and maybe some A/C on hotter nights. Mosquitoes were also a problem for some in our party, but there was a Citronella candle at the house, which helped. Note also that the house sits at the bottom of a steep driveway -- it helps give the house more privacy, but if you have elderly people in your party they might need to take extra caution with it. Overall, a great stay.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This place is wonderful. Great views and spacious living area. Quiet but still close to shopping and attractions. My favorite part is lounging in the Infinty pool and watching the sailboats go by on the beautiful azure water.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2008
About the owner: My wife and I live in Oregon. We love warm weather and blue water. We have traveled the world, and hope one day to live in St. Thomas
Why the Owner Chose Nazareth Bay:
We built this home in St. Thomas for the year round beautiful weather, warm water and safe environment. The house is on Deck Point Road, a well established are adjacent to the St. Thomas Yacht Club. The island is developed but not overly so. It still has the small caribbean feel that we treasure.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The house was chosen for the gorgeous sunsets and the sound of the waves below. Shopping for groceries is close by, and there are many good restaurants on the east end of the island. The ferry to St. John leaves from Red Hook making connections very easy.
