About our property...
Our recently updated condo sits in the River Run Village about 100 yards away from Keystone's new 8-passenger Gondola and is very short walk to all the amenities of the River Run Village.
The River Run Village is the heart of Keystone and has everything you'd expect in a modern ski resort. Great cafes, restaurants, nightlife, summer concerts & festivals, and areas for fun with the kids. Since the River Run Village is the heart of Keystone, though, it can be a bit loud at night and this is where our condo shines compared to others directly in the village.
Our unit is second to none for this reason: whether you want quiet restful sleep (try sleeping in the Village during the bustling ski season!), or just want to "get away" on your vacation, our 3rd floor east-facing balcony gives you a very peaceful and quiet experience, overlooking the Snake River valley, towards Argentine Peak in the distance. We're pointed away from the Village and major roads with traffic. Kick back in the hot tub at night, throw something on the grill, and enjoy an incredibly relaxing Colorado evening in the high country.
If you're up for fine dining, or activities on the mountain, the Gondola is not just for skiers! You can take the Gondola up to access the highly acclaimed and Zagat-rated Alpenglow Stube Restaurant, or the hit the tubing hill with the kids.

Why the Owner Chose River Run, Red Hawk Lodge
We grew up with Keystone and Keystone has grown up with us. The terrain is great and the atmosphere is perfect.
We loved our place immediately because it was so close to the Gondola and River Run Village, had spectacular views, and didn't have the noise and lack of privacy we encountered when looking at other units in the River Run Village. We love kicking back and relaxing at our place and hope you will too!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Relaxing first and foremost. Skiing, hiking, biking next. Kicking back at the end of the day, throwing a couple of burgers on the grill and sitting in the hot tub while they cook.
We love the Peru Creek area, just about 5miles east of River Run Village on the way up to Montezuma. Great all-year activities: snowshoeing, hiking, and x-country skiing in the winter, hiking and biking in the spring/summer/fall.
