My niece and I stayed at Rosa's property last week. The unit was exactly as advertised and met all our needs (It should be noted that all the linens are now new white duvet covers- I think the bedspreads in the photos are old pictures, the sheets/duvet were comfortable and a nice upgrade). The apartment is very nicely decorated and well taken care of. The unit is on the 16th floor with ocean view, I think we had the best view in town! Besides the Pent House the 16th floor is the highest floor, this made all the morning sunrises all that much better. The ESJ towers staff was wonderful as well. For the nightly price we could have not asked for more. Rosa personally called us to ensure everything was going good, our damaged deposit was credited back the day after we departed and overall it was a very good experience. We would definitely recommend this property to friends!

The unit met all our needs, was clean, comfortable & conveniently located. Rosa personally welcomed us and checked to make sure all was up to par. I would definitely recommend this rental to friends & family.

Beautiful Studio With Wonderful View

My wife and I stayed in this unit for a week. We had no complaints. Studio is spacious, clean , bright. The view is amazing . ESJ towers facilities were also very nice i.e. large pool, whirlpool , gym, parking, private access to the beach. Mini-mart , restaurant , and bar on premises. Casino is also right next door. I would definitely recommend this friends and plan to come back in the future.

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We enjoyed our one week stay in your apartment. I especially loved the balcony and the view of the ocean. Looking at the small gated community below and watching their daily activities was and added bonus. The apartment was spotless and the beds were comfortable. Wonderful acess to the pool and beach. Taxi always available. Simple to ride the local bus to Old San Juan. Many local restaurants within walking distance. Rosa gave me wonderful restaurant suggestions. I would highly recommend a stay here.

My husband and i went to puerto rico his birthday. The view was amazing you see the rainforest from the balcony everything was spotless .Just love the place,

It took me a while to post this review but after reading the below reviews, I wonder if I stayed at the same unit. One word to describe the unit…OLD…everything in the unit is old, the ESJ tower where the unit is located at is outdated, and it felt like we were back in the 70. The only positive things I can say about this unit is that it was close to the El San Juan Hotel, which is where I normally stay at and should of stayed and yes you have an ocean view to go with the mattress that was hard and lumpy, towels that were old and hard, stove that is electric, ants in the unit…etc. All in all I won’t be coming back.

rented this Dec. 2011, was furnished with all amenities, tastefully decorated, very clean,view was awesome-view of city and beach. having all the amenities of a hotel within a condo environment, perfect. Location was ideal for dining, lots of choices very short drive, if you wanted or even better to walk. Very safe to walk to many great places to eat. A Chilis at end of driveway to ESJ towers, we allowed our 16 yr olds to walk over and grab a bite to eat, absolutely safe. The grocery store was within a 1/2 mile drive, could walk if needed to, however we took our car with our party being total of 6 people, bought lots of snacks for growing boys. Pool was wonderful with lots of seating, game room, billards, ping pong, lounge area for drinks and watching big screen tvs down stairs was a plus. Having a restaurant on site was very handy also. ESJ Towers had a conceirge counter and an attendant at the desk 24/7 made it so convenient for information we needed. We walked down to Intercontinental several time and had lunch at their bar right on the beach, drinks were great, food was great, and to sit right on beach was a plus. rented the larger lounge chairs and the cabana cover a couple times, though chairs are free thru the beach service at the fitness area. would recommend this to any couple looking for the complete package and many, many thanks to Rosa for all her suggestions. Called her a couple time just to get dining advice, and she was so quick to respond and so very gracious. This condo is a top notch find.

My husband and I have stayed in this condo a few times and love it. The complex is very nice and has private parking and private beach access. It is also close to the airport and convenient to the expressway. The room is a studio but it is very spacious and the view from the balcony is wonderful. Highly recommended!

The Perfect Spot in Isla Verde

I highly recommend staying here! It's PERFECT! My boyfriend and I stayed here for 9 nights. The views from this condo were breathtaking! (Just as the title suggests!). It was everything we expected and more. Everything was very clean, and we had everything that we needed. Restaurants, nightclubs, bars, grocery stores, direct access to the beach, and cabs were all within walking distance of the condo. ESJ towers are pretty quiet and the staff is extremely friendly. The concierge helped us with all of our tours and made things a breeze for us. The condo was beautifully decorated, the beach was amazing, and we looked forward to returning to it to relax, after our many adventures. Rosa & Jim, the condo owners, were very easy to work with and quick to reply to all of my emails. Their rate was reasonable and the close distance to everything made everywhere easy to get to. We will definitely be returning to PR and hope to stay at Rosa's condo again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights on the second half of our trip to Puerto Rico (we stayed with my grandparents the first half). Our only regret is that we didn't stay more nights here!! The unit is so clean and well kept. It's great to have the fridge/kitchen to keep drinks cold and to make small meals if we wanted to. The view is spectacular, and the location right on the beach is awesome! The people that work at ESJ are very friendly and great with advice on dinner locations, getting to Old San Juan, etc. Rosa was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be returning in the future!

This was the perfect condo for my stay in isle verde. Located near resturaunts and grocery stores, I didnt have to travel far for food. The owner Rosa, was very kind and answerd all of my questions and responded to all of my e-mails. A must stay if visiting Puerto Rico. Good times, good eating, and good business!!!

2 adults + 8yr old stayed there for 4 nights during ThxGiving wk. Unit is on the top flr with great view. Plenty room for 3 of us even it is a studio. Fast food, drug store, grocery store, casino, local eatery , bus stop and fine dining all just steps away. Free indoor parking. And it's very safe to walk around. My son and I walked from Embassy to ESJ a couple time after 10:00pm. Owner Rosa is very easy to work with. Deposit returned very promptly.

I stayed at this place and by far the best place I've stayed so far that it is privatetly own. very safe very clean and a breath taking view. I highly recomend it.

I spent 6 days in Isla Verde for the first time (2010). I enjoyed my stay at ESJ Towers which I rented from the owner. The building is very secure and well maintained. The condo has a beautiful view from the 16th floor facing the beach. It was more than I expected. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated, and it is convenient to everything. I highly recommend it and I can't wait to go back. Thank you so much Rosa.

My family and I stayed here over the New Years Holiday in 2008-2009. The owner Chimmy is excellent, she is very accommadating and wanted to make sure that everything went smoothly. The condo is very clean and secure. The description of the condo is exactly how it is presented on VRBO. We loved the location on the 16th floor overlooking everything. Even though the condo is privately owned the staff at the hotel treat you as if you were renting from them. The hotel common areas are very conveniant and affordable. I would highly recommend this condo and Chimmy and we will definately be back next New Years. P.S the view is awesome!!!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay on ESJ towers. The apartment was very clean and decorations were perfect. I could tell that the owners take good care of this apartment. What a wonderful view from the balcony into the beach and the airport. Access to the beach is very close to the premises. Communication with the owners was very good. When I needed an answer to my question I received a very quick respond. I will recommended them to any one visiting PR. Thank you

My husband and I stayed in this property in July of 2008. We had a great time and were very pleased with all the facility and amenities! The location is excellent - close to the airport, many restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. We booked some tours from the concierge service in the lobby. The beach and pool were great. We hope to return to Isla Verde and ESJ towers soon.

My husband and I stayed here in June 2008. We had a wonderful time. Condo does indeed have a breathtakng view from the 16th floor. Loved the beach sitting under the almond and palm trees. Get your info from the guys that rent the chairs, great advice.Condo was as nice as we expected and owners are very easy to do business. A real value for the money. No elavator wait!! Eat at La Casisita's and Chi-Chi's, Great Food.

I decide to stay for a weekend to celebrate my birthday. It was amazing, even though I am a local the setting of the apartment as well as all the amenities in the condo-hotel helped me rediscover the beauty of Puerto Rico and our people. The owners of this property are very easy to work with and very trustworthy. They also are interested in making sure you have a good time. This property is nice and is in a good location in Isla Verde. There are plenty of restaurant choices and the beach is easily accessible. The view of the balcony is of the blue flag beach of Carolina. The airport is close by, but that is not a problem during the evenings. My family stayed here and we had a very good time. It was a good value for the price.

Incredible property, great location. Not to mention the common areas of the hotel, terrific! My wife and I really liked it. Clean, high floor with great views... We couldn't ask for more. Great quality-price relation.
