Very comfortable and large space, especially for a one bedroom. Two queen size sleeper couches, and queen in bedroom made easy sleeping arrangements for our large family of 5 children! Large kitchen with fullsize W/D also very handy. Within 150 feet of the beautiful private beach, and safe enough to feel comfortable with the kids playing alone. This house is one of the few free standing buildings with a great 2nd level patio to perch on. Many of the neighboring buildings shared walls and only had street level patios, and we were very happy to be above the foot trafic. Close enough to the main strip to walk to the shopping and restaurants but removed enough to not be overwhelmed by other travelers. I would highly reccommend this property! Very nice furnishings, but not to the point we were scared to live in it!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We rented the house & the beach apartment. Both were stocked with everything that we needed. The beach there is beautiful. We very much enjoyed our stay & would stay there again in the future.

WE LOVE THIS PROPERTY! Stayed last year...again this year...bringing family with us this year, renting apt & house. SPACIOUS...Your hunt can be over too! BEACH is crushed, crystal...lovely! We've used vrbo for 10 years and we'll always stay here in Siesta Key @ this property.
Owner response:The apt. is a wonderful oasis. Located right at the beach...All the amenities needed to have a relaxing vacation and close enough to come home for lunch !! The balcony is a great spot to breakfast or dine. The cathederal ceilings give a great feeling of space and light., private driveway and your own garage, make this all in all....the perfect spot ....
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
