  Arrived home yesterday from a great vacation in Largo. Dee's home is amazing. We had such a great time. The house and yard are well maintained, neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were very friendly (even let us borrow a radio for the pool for the week). This little house was just perfect for my husband, two teenage boys and myself. Everything you need is close by and the beach is just minutes away. We enjoyed early morning swims in the pool and sunsets on the beach in the evening. All in all we had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay at Dee's place on return trips to Florida.

  Returned for our third year to stay for four weeks at this great vacation home. The location is good, near to beaches and shops you can even take a walk to the local stores. The house has everything you need to make you stay relaxing, the pool in the garden is lovely to cool off or just sit beside in the evening. Would recommend for couples or families for short or long stays.

  The house was exactly as described. Clean,quaint and very close to all the local beaches. Didn't have to go very far for shopping or other activities.

  When we arrived the house was exactly what we expected ... clean, well-supplied and very close to shopping and the beach! We will definitely refer friends and family to this well maintained rental property for their Florida vacations.

  We spent 8 days in this property and it had everything we needed. Other than the pool being its seasonal temp everything was great. very well kept and would def keep in mind for future rentals

  We are a family of 4 that enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house with a pool. It had everything you needed. Minutes from beaches. Wonderful neighbors. There is a fish bait store down the road that had awesome smoked fish, and fish spread. 45 minutes from Busch Gardens and 1 hour from Weeki- washee that has a crystal clear river that we floated down on a john boat and rented it for $65.00. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you Dee!!

  We were fortunate enough to rent this property at a moments notice due to a cancellation and had a wonderful stay. The home had plenty of room for myself, my husband and our 13 month old daughter and it was nice and clean. Having a pool at the house was fantastic...I could relax by the pool while she was napping! When she was awake we could take advatage of the 5 min drive to the beach! The beaches were perfect and not too busy for us. Everything we could ever dream of was less than a mile away (even Starbucks)!! Thanks to the owner for being so helpful! The neighbors were also very helpful and friendly! We would stay here again in a heartbeat...

  Thanks for this wonderful vacation home, Dee!! There were so many toys for our 2 year old son to play with - he was thrilled. You just can't find that at other places and who has room to pack toys?? The pool was nice, the house itself was clean and comfortable. You really can't beat this deal if you're planning on a trip to the Clearwater area.

  This was our first one-month trip to Florida. We love the house and the surroundings. House is beautiful, clean, and was stocked with everything we needed. Shops, beaches, etc. were all within walking distance. Driving around Largo and the surrounding area was easy. We are making plans to return next year.

  We stayed in this house this past summer and it was more than we could've ever imagined. The price can't be beat and the house was gorgeous & very clean. We enjoyed the pool & patio a great deal. The property owners next door were very friendly as well! There was an awesome little Italian resturant just around the corner with pizza so good, we ate there twice that week!! I loved this house!

Cancellation policy:

25% of total balance due to finalize reservation. Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Rebooking available upon cancellation request.
