Spend the summer by the beach in Madaket in this stunning 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath upside down house with oceanviews from nearly every window! Walk out the back door and you are steps to Madaket Beach.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor. Large Master Suite with a king bed and private bath with soaking tub and shower. Step through the French door in the bathroom to the outside shower.
One guest room has a full size bed with a private bath. There is also a french door with oceanviews! The third bedroom has a daybed with oceanviews as well.
The open gourmet kitchen is on the second floor and is equipped with top of the line appliances; Wolf, Subzero. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with oceanviews of course and a french door to the large deck for alfresco dining. Spacious, open living area with large 42" Plasma TV and gas fireplace.
The entire second floor has spectacular ocean or harbor views from every window. There are also two decks on the second floor with Kinglsey Bates teak furniture. All new tasteful coastal decor furnishings.
The house is a stones throw from Madaket Beach! The surf will lull you to sleep each evening. The house is also very close to Madaket Harbor which is an excellent calm beach for small children. Enjoy surfcasting for Bass off of Smith's Point, boating or kayaking around Madaket Harbor. The house is also seconds to the bike path and shuttle bus which provide service to Downtown and other areas of the Island. The house is also very close to miles of conservation land for taking long walks or training for your next marathon.
Additional amenities include wireless high-speed internet, flat screen tv's, satelite radio, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, luxury linens & towels. We accept well-behaved pets too.
