The Havens at Barefoot Resort is a private upscale resort. The condo is a beautiful first floor end unit with more than 1,200 square feet and lots of privacy. The unit is newer and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is newly decorated. The kitchens and bathrooms have tile flooring.
There is a comfy king bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, and a television. The second bedroom has a dvd player for the kids. There is also a DVD player, television, and ceiling fan in the living room. The queeen sleeper sofa can be pulled out to sleep 2. In addition, the master suite has its own roomy private bathroom and a large walk-in closet for storage.
A spacious, open kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for cooking family meals.
A washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, are provided as well.
The unit has a nice covered screened in deck in back with seating and a great view of the 9th hole of the Greg Norman Golf Course.
Within the resort area, your family will find over 150 shops at Barefoot Landing, 4 championship golf courses, several pools, and the Barefoot Resort Marina.
The beach is a 5 minute drive, or, if you don't feel like driving, there is a free beach shuttle that runs seasonally and drops you off at the Barefoot Beach Cabana, equipped with vending machines and a bathroom. The pick-up for the shuttle is just a few steps away from your front door.
The resort is in North Myrtle Beach and has a warm family atmosphere. It's a great place to relax and still be centrally located to all the activities of Myrtle Beach.

Why the Owner Chose Havens
Close to everything in Myrtle Beach, it is hard to find a better location. Everyone that stays here has told us they love it and want to come back. It exceeded their expectations.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Barefoot Resort is a peaceful, quiet, upscale community. The scenery is beautiful and the golf courses are fabulous. It is a 5 minute drive to the beach and if you don't feel like driving, you can take the free shuttle to the Barefoot cabana. There are also pools located in each community. Our condo is directly across from the pool, where the shuttle stop is also located. Barefoot Landing, and House of Blues are only a 3 minute drive, along with a host of restaurants and shops and lots of activities for entertainment. If you are looking for a spot that is close to everything, yet away from it all, Barefoot Resort is the place.

My family used to vacation at Myrtle Beach every year through our timeshare until we purchased at Barefoot Resort. The location is close to everything, the courses are very nice and the scenery is beautiful.
We strive to keep the unit in excellent condition, as we would want that for ourselves in a vacation destination. We don't expect you to stay where we would not want to stay ourselves.

I would highly recommend this property!!! You will NOT be disappointed!! What you see in the pictures, is exactly how it looks!! VERY clean!! Beautifully furnished!! Pool is right across the street. Back porch screened in, so sit out there with your morning coffee or at night with drinks. Denise (the owner) is WONDERFUL!!! Out of 1 to 10,,,Honestly give this place a 10+ Next year 2 weeks, one week just wasn't enough!!!

This is one of the best places we have stayed at renting by owners. The condo was exactly what the picture showed. It was very well decorated, nicely furnished and well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. Denise was just great to deal with and ready to accomodate you with your needs. The property management are also very helpful. We loved it so much we are booked again for next year.

Best condo that I have ever stayed in. The temperatures of the condo was very relaxing. All of the beds were very comfortable and the view outside was great. Drive to the beach was not long what-so-ever and was relatively close to places of entertainment and restaurants. Truly amazing!

Denise and Jeff,We had the best vacation that we have had in years at your condo. It is very clean and airy. The condo is beautifuly decorated and perfectly located. The convenience of having the pool right out your front door can't be beat. My kids wanted to live there! You really do not have to go outside Barefoot Landing except to go to the beach! The dinning and shoping are great at Barefoot landing. If you have a really good sense of humor, Dick's is the place to try for somethng different for dinner(the food is great also). The Greg Norman Resteraunt was excellent but a bit pricey. Thank you guys for your recommendations and hospitality. We can't wait to come back!!!Sincerely,Kara and Mike

My family had a great time at Myrtle beach. We were delighted the moment we walked in the condo! Very clean and plenty of room. It was great being on the first floor and the pool being right out the front door. It was so close to everything. I would love to come again.
