This was our first time renting from vrbo.com, so we were slightly nervous. However, we were very pleased when we arrived at this vacation rental. The condo looked exactly as described and was VERY clean and well kept. It was fully furnished and even had small details included, such as laundry detergent, hot cocoa, and several games. We most definitely enjoyed the hot tub (which is on the back porch), the heated floors (actually got too hot for our liking), heated garage (wonderful thing!), and the fireplace in the living room! The condo itself seems to be very well insulated as we never heard any neighbors! If you are concerned about the privacy of your backyard hot tub, I wouldn’t be concerned. There are no neighbors behind you, just a wooded area. There is a street behind you, but it is far enough away that it’s not noticeable. This is a middle condo, but again, we never heard or saw any neighbors…so we felt all alone! The third bedroom is on the bottom floor by itself, which leads to the only door going out to the hot tub. It can be closed off to the hallway by a door, but it felt more like a small living room area. In the winter time, the roads of Winter Park and leading into the condo are well taken care of. We had a four wheel drive, which was probably necessary when there is snow on the roads. We did notice that a snow plow would take the snow out from in front of our garage door some days, which was nice. The only thing that I think is worth mentioning as a potential negative would be the train that goes RIGHT in front of the condo! The train tracks are literally right out of your front door in front of the condo complex… Good thing is that we RARELY noticed the trains. They would not blow their horns around our condo and would go by VERY slowly as to not make noise. It seems they would start coming by around 5:00 AM-ish. You would hear the main and last engine go by, otherwise, you couldn’t hear it. Honestly, if you kept the windows closed at night, you probably wouldn’t noticed (unless you are a light sleeper). I, however, slept with the window open (heated floors did their job, too well almost)! Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this three story condo to anyone! It is located right off of the main road in Winter Park, so you almost couldn’t get a better location! It’s approximately 5 minutes from the Winter Park resort. Don't hesitate to rent this condo or come to Winter Park! We loved it!!

Excellent place to stay. The fireplace and heated floors are great and the hot tub was magnificent. Winter Park is a fun community with great restaurants. We would recommend Fontaneauts for seafood, Carlos and Marias for Margueritas--Hernandoes for pizza, Smokin Moes for ribs--Cheeky Monk for everything. Be sure to go to the top of the mountain for great dining also. If you are a golfer--Pole Creek is super--also golf at Grand Lake or Granby--Fly fishing is world class. The ski hills are fantastic, especially Panoramic Bowl, Mary Jane, Parry's Peak, Round House, Trestle and March Hare, and snow tubing at Fraser Hill. There are several microbrewies available in the area. We liked it so much, we have been back three times

Wonderful location and great place. The floors are heated, the hot tub is well maintained (and wonderful after a day on the slopes!) and the fireplace is a nice bonus! The owner is very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again and would recommend this townhome to anyone else looking for a spacious place to stay in Winter Park!
