You are looking at one of the most beautiful 1800 square foot 2 bedroom condos that you can find. After arriving at the front gate you will be welcomed by our personal representative and escorted to your private elevator taking you to your new front door on the 2nd floor. As you walk in you will be aware of the spacious,elegant, and inviting feel from the entry into the living room, dining room,and kitchen. Immediately the beautiful view of the ocean and blue sky will wash all your cares away.
The dining room's beautiful table for six is backed by a large finely detailed etched mirror. The living room couch invites you to sink down and relax watching any of the dish channels including 5 HBO choices on the 42" panasonic flat screen , or watch a DVD from the collection in the entertainment center, or listen to a CD on the panasonic theater surround sound. The kitchen is beautifully finished with granite counters and back splash and all stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped to make any meal easy to enjoy. Checking out the bedrooms you will note both have king sized mattresses with memory foam and pillow toppers for sleeping comfort. Closet space is well organized and extensive with walk-in closets that contain built in shelves and drawers. Each bedroom is connected to its own bathroom with a walk-in marble shower. Each bathroom is furnished with extra large and thick towels, beach towels, and hairdryers. The laundry room is equipped with a full sized washer and dryer and other supplies for all your cleaning needs.
Our representative can arrange for maid service to fit your wishes. You have 2 spacious balconies to enjoy. Morning coffee or breakfast is fantastic over looking the beautifully landscaped gardens and waterfalls. The oceanside balcony has a dining set , so you can enjoy dinner, snacks, or just a drink watching for the green flash at sunset.
A pellet wood grill is located on the ocean balcony. The Cerritos Beach is 3 miles of perfect walking, shell hunting, or body surfing. The Paraiso provides lounge chairs around the pools and on the sand beach. The Palapa bar and grill has breakfast and lunch choices and a great happy hour at 4:30 to watch the sunset. Food and drinks are also available at the next door resorts or take a bus or taxi into the golden zone for many choices.

All around the best accomodations we've ever had. Virtually perfect in every respect. Never slept better, never felt more at home with the quality of this condo. All that can be said has been said in previous comments about this condo, the complex and beach. Great communications with the owner and Mike/Kim Peters, the property managers. We've already booked again for 2012.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+.

We were so happy with all the preperations for our stay in this condo. The rental company was very helpfull and the staff was amazing at the resort!! This condo is furnished amazingly and was clean and relaxing. It was so easy to get around and the concierge was great at all the scheduling he did for us. We had great airport pick up and everyone at the condo was plesant and went above and beyond to help us with anything!! We will def be back!

WOW-what a place. Pictures don't even come close to how beautiful this condo is.Very responsive communication between owner/rental agency(Mike and Kim Peters-Sinaloasun Properties) and myself. Organized an airport pick-up with Marco-bilingual guide:044-6699-251809(cell) who stopped at grocery store/best grilled chicken outlet on our way to the condo.Condo development best we've stayed in on 7 visits to Mexico. Very friendly staff and fantastic/in-expensive food and drinks at Palapa Bar. Beach has white/soft sand-with warm clean water. Condo cleaned weekly by maid Lettie. Golden Zone 10 minutes away by cab(70 Pesos) or bus(30 Pesos).Pretty good meals at Los Arcos and Fat Fish. Hope to return in the future

We stayed here during the month of May 2009. The condo is beautifully appointed with comfortable furniture and a wonderful cross-breeze. The complex is stunning and modern with a beautiful pool/palapa and beach area. The staff were friendly and check in was easy. Communication with the owners was also easy, and they responded right away. The location is also very nice, because it is quiet with a wide beach for walking, yet just a short bus, pulmonia or taxi ride to the historic or tourist centers of Mazatlan.

Our family LOVED our stay here! The condo is gorgeous,spacious, beautifully decorated with an incredible view of the ocean and pool. The bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept in on holidays. Trust the pictures, the resort is really that nice! Clean, quiet, with very nice staff. We hope to return one day. July 2009
