Our Condo is perfect for a Romantic Getaway or a Writer's Retreat. The setting is peaceful, inspiring, relaxing, and appointed for a stress-free time to unwind and enjoy the beauties of life. The view is spectacular and the unit is high enough up to avoid the voices of people walking or playing on the beach, but still enjoy the gentle roar of the tide and the birds singing. Watching the clouds roll in and the sun rising and setting completes the package!
The large balcony is a perfect place to enjoy the company of your spouse, family & friends, or to simply relax enjoying the view, to read a good book, or perhaps to even write the one you have been dreaming of for years. Both the living room and the master bedroom open onto the balcony, creating a perfect setting for when you just have to go inside!

STARTING IN MAY 2010, the new NORTHWEST FLORIDA-PANAMA CITY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT will be open and serving the area. SouthWest Airlines just announced they will be servicing the area and that is great news.

Why the Owner Chose Tidewater Beach Resort
Vacationing at the beach has been a highlight of just about every year since we got married, so owning a vacation home on the beach. We choose Panama City Beach and this particular condo because of the beautiful white sand beach, the brilliant emerald-green waters, and the large balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows that allow us to view the ocean from the living area and the master bedroom. The fresh seafood is fabulous - both for eating out or taking advantage of the area seafood markets to cook in and enjoy a quiet dinner watching the sunset!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We enjoy relaxing on the beach with a good book, an occasional dip in the ocean and a leisurely walk on the beach - especially at sunset! With the large balcony, spacious layout, and fully-equipped kitchen we can relax and enjoy the sounds & sights of the ocean - even if one of those late afternoon rain showers pop up. Pier Park, the new beach-side shopping & dining community is just a half a mile away is a great way to spend an evening window-shopping, dining, or enjoying desert and music. There really is a lot to do, but most of all, we enjoy the relaxation and slowed-down pace.

My husband and I have been married for nearly 32 years, have three sons and one lovely daughter-in-law. We live in metro-Atlanta and Mike is one of those rare "native Atlantans" and I'm a native Georgian! So, vacationing in Florida has been a life-time experience for us and we love it!
We enjoy eating out, long walks on the beach, relaxing with a good book, and cooking out with family and friends. Mike works in marketing & advertising with experience with high-end resorts, and I spent many years as a stay-at-home mom and now am a speaker & author.

June 29, 2008 This condo was perfect for my family. We have 6 people and there was just enough room for me, my mom, my dad, and my 3 brothers. I absolutely loved the view from the balcony! :-) The way this place was set up made me feel right at home. We were very lucky to have a wonderful place like this to stay. The beds were so comfy and the t.v.s were huge! There is so much more to compliment but all I have left to say is, “thank you so much for making this wonderful vacation/baseball trip ever! Thank you! My husband and I spend a long weekend here for our 15th Wedding Anniversary - and it was a PERFECT weekend. God’s Glorious Beach on the outside and “little Italy” on the inside! Can’t get much better than that, huh? Love the purple walls in the bedrooms and everything was just relaxing and very comfortable.
