Our Villa includes a Crib and a highchair for your use. Sarasvilla is one of the largest 4 Bedroom houses on the resort.
Our house is located in Cambria Avenue,less than 3 minutes walk from the pool making this one of the most desirable locations on the resort. We are only one of a handful of houses that has fully tiled both the front and back terrace areas. The west facing terrace leading onto a spacious grassed area with Bistro furniture, loungers and a Grill is a great place to enjoy that Floridian sunshine.
We have high speed free internet access for your convenience. Just bring your laptop and your up and running.

We went to Florida for the first week of May, had planned this vacation for a while though. I really couldn't wait to get there and when we did it was like home. Sarasvilla was exceptionally clean, we walked in the table was set up, everything looked like home. The Villa had so much space. My children loved it. We had a wonderful time at Sarasvilla! Wish we could have stayed longer. The villa was just as described and very comfortable. The check in process was very easy and the owner was great with the chain of communication. "One of the Best Vacations of our Life" We stayed in Sara's Villa. Looking at the pictures online does not do the unit justice. It is a beautiful, clean, homey townhouse with small details that were truly appreciated. The towels were brand new, soft and of an excellent quality. the rooms were decorated with silk flowers and the table was set elegantly. The bottle of champagne was a wonderful little welcome also. The kitchen was well stocked including a crock pot. The balcony was wonderful to enjoy our morning coffee. The tile floors were spotless and very easy to maintain. The resort was just as we remembered it from our last visit. The staff was very friendly and when I needed boarding passes printed while away from the resort, the front desk staff was very helpful to print those for me. We get away from the winter snow and cold each January and will definitely be back to stay at Regal Palms Resort and will request Sara's Villa again. "Another great stay at Regal Palms" Having previously visited on several other occasions, we were all delighted with new changes that have been made at Regal Palms. The addition to the pool area at the resort which include Beach Volley Ball and outside bar area realy added to more evening enjoyment at the pool area. The large screen movie night by the pool kept the children occupied whilst the adults could relax and have a drink. The whole stay was relaxed and and greatly enjoyed by all. Having nearby shopping store within walking distance from the resort was also a great plus. Once again Sara, cleancomfortable living accomadation, and for that we thank you. The owners have taken a lot of care, and attention to detail,they provided full details of the day to day workings of the house.The house its self was in excellent decorative order. large and spacious.The pool is situated a short stroll from the house, where you can find a hot tub,the lazy river, and slides. It also has pool side bars, restaurants and gym. Ideal location for all amenities,including golf courses, Disney theme parks.and walking distance to local super market.

"Home is conveniently located near to highway 27 with a 15-20 minute drive to Disney. In the immediate area and within walking distance, is a grocery store and a few eateries. The grocery store (Publix) was a bit on the expensive side. About 2 miles north on highway 27 was a Walmart and my recommendation would be to shop there if you have a car. The ease of check in and check out was great and the staff very friendly. The website pictures accurately describe the resort facilities, the pool was fantastic. The actual unit was clean and in great condition the owners have gone to lengths to ensure that it feels like “home” and not a hotel room. The only hotel-like service I missed was the refreshing of towels daily. So be prepared to wash the towels during your stay or bring your own to supplement. Overall, the unit was well worth the money( honestly I would have expected to pay more-for those amenities). Thanks for helping to make a great vacation. "

"This is our second stay at Regal Palms. The first time we booked with a Travel agent and although we had a fantastic time (the pool area is outstanding) the house was basic. After lots of research and trawling reviews we realised the only way to go was to book privately, preferably one that did not use the normal Management Company. Sarasvilla was our saviour, and some evenings we didnt even bother to go out as we felt so comfy and content. We will be back Sara & Billy, thank you for all your help"

"Upon arrival we were instantly pleased with the resort, the villa was exceptional and we felt very 'at home'. It is extremely well maintained and you can tell Sara takes a pride in her home. The pool area was lovely, we even enjoyed the lazy river! We also liked the fact you could get bar service by the pool and the staff were very friendly. Our husbands particularly loved the golf and we loved to chill by the pool and go shopping! We all really enjoyed our stay there and look forward to coming back! Posted on Trip Advisor May 2010"

Loved this condo !!.....Very quiet complex and the water park area was wonderful....I could have floated in that lazy river for days !.....The condo was clean and comfortable, but expect to purchase everything you need, no spices, dishwasher or laundry soap, but WalMart is nearby and there is a little strip mall within walking distance that has a Publix market and a really good Chinese take-out place....I would definitely stay here again on our next visit......
