Deck offers views of great sunsets over the bay, yet a short four minute walk to the beach. 3rd house from bay, 12th house from beach. This home is centrally located on Long Beach Island, convenient to restaurants, shopping, miniature golf courses, marinas,and convenience stores.

Off-street parking available for two cars. Washer/Dryer and outdoor shower, plus common picnic area, is shared with first floor of duplex.

The home is clean, bright, and cheerful, and extremely well maintained. Air conditioners are in each bedroom as well as the living/dining/kitchen area. A perfect vacation spot for small families or adult couples.
