It is a 750 sq ft apartment located in Via Vespasiano (Piazza Risorgimento) and it is only few steps away from St. Peter's Square in a neighborhood that happens to be architecturally fashionable and commercially lively.

The apartment is located on the top floor (it is the fifth one) of an elegant, early 20th century building, with elevator.

There are 2BR/2BA sleeps. It features:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a living room, which is separated from the bedroom by a sliding door, where you'll find a dining table, a double sofa bed, satellite TV and Hi-Fi Stereo:
- a large kitchen, with a window, completely equipped (electric oven and washer included, no dishwasher);
- a large bathroom, with a window, equipped with double sink, tub and shower.

There is a central heating system and both the bedroom and the living room are air conditioned.

The living room balcony and both the bedroom and kitchen windows overlook a splendid, broad, panoramic view on St. Peter's Dome, Vatican Belvedere Palace, Bramante winding stair and Monte Mario hill.

  • This is one of the best apartments we have stayed-in during our two week long Europe trip! excellent location! clean, spacious, inviting, private place! It was very nice to come back to an AC equiped apt after long sizzling july-day hikes. My parents took advantage of being so close to the St. Peter's square by attending mass every morning we were there! Looking forward to coming back again. Thanks a lot!

The location was perfect for us, a short walk to Vatican City and even closer metro, bus, and trolley connections to the rest of the city. We also appreciate your daughter's suggestions for local cafés, stores, Internet points, and other merchants.   • We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great for sight-seeing and there are many restaurants in walking distance. Additionally the metro is close to access the rest of Rome.

  • We were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful location. The flat was very conveniently located for us to have access to the Vatican and all that Rome has to offer. The flat was clean, comfortable and roomy. I can definitely recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed!
