PAPA’S WOODS COTTAGE... Steps to Lake Michigan!

Papa’s Woods is high atop a dune with views of tall trees all around, and just down the road a bit is a private Lake Michigan beach. The cottage is new, but boasts the look and charm of an old woodsy cottage.
Papa’s Woods has perfect accommodations for at least two families, each with their own suite. The main living area contains a fabulous modern kitchen with eating island, dining area and laundry. A cozy gas fireplace warms up the living room, and the “tree house” sunporch is the best place for reading, eating, or playing cards. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has four built-in twins, perfect for the little ones! The lower level also has a master with a king-size bed, and a second bedroom with a daybed (2 twins). The lower level also has a fun rumpus room and a huge covered deck with glorious views of the woods. The deck provides for outdoor eating or relaxing after a fabulous day in the sun.
Walk along an endless beach or sit on your private deck. This private beach association, on extensive wooded property, offers the use of tennis courts, playground, and an inlet boating lake is only a short walk away. Numerous bike trails and two State Parks are very close. The fun towns of Holland and Grand Haven are minutes away, with great shopping and restaurants! The cottage includes a dishwasher, laundry, grill, cable TVs, and DSL. June through August rates range from $2200 to $3500 per week. Executive rental, Fall/off-season week/weekends also available at a lower rate. No pets or smokers please.
Papa’s Woods has everything you need for a fun-filled or relaxing week at the beach. Everything from beach toys and chairs to linens and beach towels are all provided. Just bring your suit and sunscreen and the rest is taken care of. Just come and enjoy! |
