DUNA LA QUINTA is a quiet, gated community of private condominiums on the fairways of the Pete Dye Dunes Golf Course at the La Quinta Resort and Club. It is situated between Old Town La Quinta and the La Quinta Resort.

From the patio of this roomy 1800 square-foot end-unit you will enjoy awesome southwestern views of the third fairway and green, and the Santa Rosa Mountains. The two master bedrooms and connecting bathrooms are generously sized. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are open and comfortable. There is a two-car garage, full-size washer and dryer, FREE internet access and delivery of the local newspaper, The Desert Sun. There are three communities pools close by.

The La Quinta Resort and Club is two blocks away with shops, dining, and the Mountain Golf Course. Old Town La Quinta also has many shops and restaurants, and additionally holds farmer's markets and street fairs. Groceries, and other necessities are all right around the corner. SilverRock and The PGA West golf courses are down the street. There are more than 100 golf courses in the "Coachella Valley," in which La Quinta is located.

The El Paseo shopping district in Palm Desert is ten minutes away. "The River," with shopping, dining and theatres is 20 minutes away in Rancho Mirage. The Desert Hills Premium Oulets are in Cabazon, about a 30 minute drive. The city of Palm Springs and the Palm Springs Tram, which travels to a 8516-feet-high scenic wonderland in the 13,000-acre Mount Saint Jacinto State Park, are also about 30 minutes away.

Other local attractions include the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, the Fabulous Palm Springs Follies, the natural wonders of the Indian Canyons, the Palm Springs Air Museum, Joshua Tree National Park, Annenberg Theatre, McCallum Theatre, several Las Vegas-style casinos, or enjoy jeep or camel tours, off-roading rentals, or numerous hiking trails.
